I went back after few months with my family and friends, it looks like all the management has changed and become a regular place. Probably they want to save money, starting from the small bouncing castle (they had a big bouncing castles before) to the service, very unprofessional and the band not so entertaining. I must say the food was... More

We have an amazing time there. Family friendly place with courteous staff. Personalised service, including the chef who personally came to enquire on how to best prepare a takeaway dish for us. Our waitress, Joan, was kind and very helpful, not to mention extremely cheerful. Will definitely go back during the day this time and have a tour of the... More

The last time I went to Dari, my reservation was with their food. So even this time as I went back having found endless queues at Funscapes in Karen on Sunday afternoon, I knew I would only snack and take tea. It was a pleasant surprise for me to lick my fingers over the delicious chicken nuggets and even the... More

I have mixed feelings about this place. It was my first time. Walked in on Sunday at 3pm, was led to a table in the garden. Beautiful grounds......can't say the same on the service. Dari takes the cup on "longest waiting time" to actually get your meal. Our meal arrived at our table few minutes after 5 pm. ....2 hours... More

We sincerely apologise for the delay in your meal. This is not our standard of service we strive for regardless of the challenges we faced that day. Our management has since addressed the faults and we hope you get a chance to come by to improved preparation and service. Thank you for your feedback More

Dari afforded a rare breath of fresh air. Literaly and sincerely great ambiance with the large open areas and private bandas that afford you the ability to converse without interfering with other parties, amongst the great green and lush gardens sporting peacocks and antelope. The food was a definate hit ! Thai chicken curry, self cooked hot-steak stone, steak fillet... More

Loved my meal and so did my colleagues. The ambience was just right for a Friday after noon. I loved the scenery and the birds that were chirping. I enjoyed the mashed potatoes, haven't eaten any as good in a long time. Renovations are ongoing, am sure it will be superb.

The atmosphere is beyond superb - spacious gardens so that tables are not close to one another so that it almost felt like a private party. Steak was a bit tougher than I would prefer. Lemon-lime chicken was very tasty. Portions were plentiful. Orange poppyseed cake was dry. Cost was fairly reasonable for the atmosphere.

Description
The restaurant has been built at the edge of a natural spring, in the middle of this indigenous forest with utmost sensitivity to environmental conservation. We did our landscaping with hand wheel barrows to reduce vehicular foot print in the forest. Our well maintained lawns can host up to 4 functions at the same time, totalling to 1700 pax. We also have an ample secure parking facility. One of Dari's best secrets lies in the gardens which is patrolled by beautiful Thompsons' gazelles, Impalas, Dik-diks, Bush babies, Tree hyrax, Tree squirrels and birds like peacocks, cranes, hornbills, sunbirds to name a few.
