We visited for lunch, suggest to sit outdoor as the atmosphere is very refreshing. Great food, we specially liked the sizzling steak on stone and the Tilapia Grill. The most we liked is the atmosphere and ambience of the lush green garden. We liked the...More

This restaurant possibly has the best ambience ever. You can eat indoors but why would you want to when you can eat under a canopy out on the grass near trees and even a passing bush baby, or crane, or gazelle. The coffee was rich...More

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the delay in your food. We believe you ordered the Steakstones and it took some time to get them to the optimal temperature which caused the delay. We have addressed this with our kitchen and implemented measures...More

Called in for a quick lunch and coffee. It's not unusual for an ingredient or a meal to be off the menu in Kenya. Ordered an Irish coffee, but no whipped cream. Came with frothed milk, tasted fine, but did not look so good. Ordered...More

If you can get one, head straight for a location in the gardens where you can find some gazebo-style seating and some more permanent rooms with their own open fires. Dari is not a cheap place to eat but if you can get the right...More

Description
The restaurant has been built at the edge of a natural spring, in the middle of this indigenous forest with utmost sensitivity to environmental conservation. We did our landscaping with hand wheel barrows to reduce vehicular foot print in the forest. Our well maintained lawns can host up to 4 functions at the same time, totalling to 1700 pax. We also have an ample secure parking facility. One of Dari's best secrets lies in the gardens which is patrolled by beautiful Thompsons' gazelles, Impalas, Dik-diks, Bush babies, Tree hyrax, Tree squirrels and birds like peacocks, cranes, hornbills, sunbirds to name a few.
