Best service I've experienced in a lounge in Nairobi. When the hostess promises to get you a good seat, she always delivers. The food is fabulous and the drinks amazing! The crowd is chill and you'll definitely have a great time.
Context is everything... If this were in DC where I live I wouldn't give it two stars. But for Nairobi, it's a great opportunity to drink craft beer made by people who care about the craft. The menu is all over the place, but the food was decent.
At night this place heaves, so loud in fact that hearing the voices of anyone is nigh on impossible but hey, I guess that's what the people want. Clearly I am too old. I real enjoyed the place,i took beer sample it was so cheap, something like 6 Euros, there were glass of 6 different beers real good.
Had some afternoon beers and nibbles here. Tried a couple of their in-house brews. Nice beers, if, in my own opinion, nothing spectacular. Sam, our server, had to be chased down for order. Brew Bistro and Lounge on Ngong road opposite Impala Rugby Club grounds is quiet and sleek. Being on Ngong road, it has ample parking and security. The fluid efficiency of the friendly staff makes it a quite a peaceful place. The food at the Brew Bistro is good and starts from Ksh 2, 500 for a main meal and dessert.... More
Went to Brew a few times while in nairobi. It was local to where we stayed and offered a clean and relaxed environment to have a few drinks and a bite to eat. Live band was great followed by a DJ playing a great selection of song. Try and get to the happy hour if you can.
