We ate here a few times during our visit, both breakfast and lunch and enjoyed sitting outside on the patio both times. The breakfast which was included in our room rate was a wonderful, huge buffet, a little hard to find everything, but plentiful and high quality food including omelet chefs. We also enjoyed a nice lunch, good food, prices... More

As I stayed at the Ole Sereni twice recently I used this restaurant a few times. The food is very good but is also very expensive, almost European prices. The view over Nairobi National Park is spectacular but the service needs improving. You could be waiting for half an hour just to get a drink.

I'm sad to announce to pizza-lovers that Ole Pizza, the new restaurant at Big Five/Ole Sereni, does not represent the breakthrough in the dull pizza market that Nairobi has always been and still is. After reading the interview with Ole Sereni head chef on a foodie magazine and learning about his passion for real pizza, and his praise for the... More

What a wonderful way to entertain family and friends. My oh my, the food was great, the place was decorated beautifully, and even the kids had a special meal prepared just for them and to me this was awesome. I only missed the music but maybe that's because the organizers didn't ask for it. Anyway we had a ball. Keep... More

This restaurant opens 24 hours, serves international dishes and a huge variety of plates. I have tried several plates and I love almost all of them. Though the service is slow, I think this place is worth the smile the staff offers you

We ate breakfast in the Big Five Restaurant while staying at the Ole Sereni Hotel. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly; the variety of food on offer was extensive and plentiful.

I had no idea where we were going when I joined friends for dinner, but this place is a gem--especially if you sit outside. Food was great, beautiful setting, great service, and a nice gift shop. This place is now part of my "must visit" restaurant list! And I recommend the Mr Dennis Salad!
