We had a wonderful experience there back in May. Best food in Africa. Met the chef, a charismatic Irish chap, with a passion for his work that shone through in the menu. Truly humbling when a chef with such dignity and pride cares about his customers so much. Will always come back! A true classic, European cuisine and standards!

Excellent ambience-excellent food-first class service-that sums it up. The dutch chef they have now has gone back to some of the old recepies. HURRAH!! The sommelier however missed completly and recommended a wine which would benefit of 3-4 years more. Although he said it would taste like the welcome drink. We had to pay for his mistake! But all in... More

One of the best restaurants in Nairobi. Clearly a fan of this place, but you do pay for it. Pango is pretty pricey, but they do deliver with a solid menu and great service. I've been a few times and don't think I've been disappointed yet. It's also a great place for a special occasion. If you do get there... More

This is such a great place to come and get away from the hussle and bussle of the city. The gardens are wonderful, the food is exceptional and the service excellent.

First we wandered down into the wine cellar and had a bottle there before climbing the stairs to an elegant room and superb service. The food servings were modest but the taste was everything you would expect for that price. Great for a celebration but too much for a casual dinner.

Pango is without doubt the best restaurant in Nairobi (in its style). If you're looking for Indian food or Italian you'll be disappointed of course but if you are looking for really good fine dining food, you wlll not be disappointed! From the moment you walk in you feel the atmosphere and the tranquile. It is just a pleasure to... More

Everything begins and ends with service. Perhaps this is a function of being in Nairobi for a while now, but the service here puts every other place in Nairobi to shame. The food is great, but it's really pricey. It is a great place for a special occasion. The ambiance at Fairview is also great as they have a beautifully... More

My friends and I were a bit confused when we visited Pango on its great reviews. We enjoyed mid week cocktails in the lounge and watched semi naked girls dance. None of which was mentioned by any of the previous reviewers. It turns out that there are TWO Pangos! One on Moi Av (strip club one side/actual club the other)... More

An absolute MUST for foodies! Completely unexpected experience in the middle of Africa. Michelin worthy food and service. Fantastic wine selection. Pricey, but soooo worth it.

the ambience was very tranquil. great service. food was amazing - except for the ravioli which was a bit raw. the only thing about it is that it doesnt have prices on the menu... so when you get the bill its a bit of a shocker... would go back again though.
