Dancing spoon is just a tad bit slower than normal restaurants. Your drinks take longer to arrive and the food takes longer to arrive. Don't go there for a quick lunch as it will frustrate you. Also don't try any normal sirloin or rump steak (it's not what you'd expect) and stay away from sizzler plates (they burn you and... More

Fish. Professional waiters. Good food. Yummy drinks. Nice views. Swinging music. High professionalism. Only one place to be, the best restaurant in Nairobi. The Dancing Spoon.

the best place to have a meal before watching a movie at the Imax. The ambience is romantic and the service is quick. The place is quiet and not too crowded. I had a snack but I'll be back for a meal

A nice place to have a meal while in town especially sitting next to the window will watching people on the Mama Ngina street also you can have a snack as you go to Imax cinem,a for latest movies. Their prices are affordable what i enjoyed most was the sinzzilling pork chops on a hot metal plate with nice chips.The... More

My sweetheart loves sizzling steak, we always take time to munch away before enjoying some 3D entertainment.

It's a great place!!The ambiance is very okay and has a romantic feel to it.It is not always crowed and its a quiet place with a good view of the city. The food is also great, but the service is quite slow, given the few number of people that's a fail. But I would definetly go back again...The food price ranges from 750/= and... Had lunch at this restaurant and specifically had masala fries. Little did I know I would be running for the toilet seat a few hours later! Wil definately not come back here again.

I call it a hidden jewel because its in the middle of town, inside the Imax theatre building so you would expect it to be noisy and uncomfortable with the theatre and the traffic outside but once you get in its very very different, very quiet, they have managed to block out the noise. the cafe is downstairs at the... As I awaited the rains to subside, I thought about popping in here to wad the cold away. I had no clue that I would be in here long enough for me to compose a review. I asked for a tea pot. A metallic pot to hold only one mug of tea was brought. The waiter must have seen the... More

The food is pretty decent and the portions are big. We had breakfast. The place itself, however, seems a little tired with the decor needing an upgrade. Location is very central and right next to the IMAX if you want to catch a meal before/after the movies. Service was good.
