Had a lovely dinner here recently with a business colleague of mine. Excellent Ethiopian food and great ambiance. Super service in an outdoor al fresco environment. Lovely!

Real Ethiopian food with generous portions. Great ambiance. The Tej is amazing. It'll get you drunk slowly but surly so be careful. For carnivores i recommend the Tibs or Mahiberawi. For vegetarians, go with the Beyaynetu (veggie platter).

I love Ethiopian food and have travelled far and wide to sample it, but Habesha is always home. The quality is great, I love their service. The waiters are so polite and happy to explain and give recommendations. Their avocado juice is unmatched. Always a pleasant experience.

This place is a value with great food and great service. The food is plentiful, perfectly spiced, and delicious. Make sure you try the Ethiopian naturally carbonated mineral water, Ambo. It is very clean tasting and a perfectly accompanies the meal. If you are unfamiliar with Ethiopian food, do not be afraid to ask for help. The owner may even... More

My husband is not Ethiopian but he loves, loves, loves Ethiopian food. He eats it whenever he can and has eaten it in several countries around the world...and he has declared this is favorite Ethiopian restaurant!! We usually get the vegetarian and meat platters which is more than enough to feed three adults and leave you with left overs! Great... More

I have friends in Nairobi who love, love Ethiopian. Out of the many places we have tried, this is now the go to spot. A great location filled with the smells of frankincense surrounded with beautiful trees and even a small shop filled with Ethiopian crafts and fashion. A great place.

I've visited Habesha twice so far. I like to see it as a cultural experience. It was my first time to have Ethiopian food and it was quite delicious. In the first visit, both my and my husband's dishes was served on Injera (similar to pancake dough) with no plates or cutlery. The second time the food was served in... More
