Me and my husband went there today in luxor. It was nice n clean. Food has been delivered rapidly. Liked thrir chicken quality but their Zinger burger was not that good. Cloeslaw was good but the garlic buttermilk sauce was not that much good. As we were very hungry so rushed there. Better to experience the other food places in Luxor.

Ac is not working good as is to hot
And they don’t have Ice which is weird for such a weather
It would be lovely if they hav an ice maker

Good as usual for KFC. No parking, busy street. The restaurant appeared clean and he staff spoke English a plus!

Luxor in general is quite laid-back and not as hectic or polluted as Cairo. I felt safe walking in Luxor as a solo female. Many local families eat here too. Staff can speak English in this KFC outlet.

I had the original not the spicy ... but good service and friendly staff in a clean restaurant... must try the scampi next time I’m here

First attempt was cold chips, rice, chicken and wraps(they had no bread rolls). They attempted to warm up the wraps but more than one staff member had hold of them. We gave up as a bad job and left the whole meal. The manager came after us and promised to give us the meal again. Against our better judgement we agreed and went back for a second go. The chips an the chicken pieces were all going well until the chef preparing our wraps came out from the back into the shop to shake hands will a visitor. The server also did the same. They were handling our found without washing their hands or using gloves. We also believe we saw the chef and one other playing a game of wiping the got in with the wrap cover and laughing. As we were the only ones in the shop at that time I guess that was payback for our complaint. We now took the food as a takeaway and threw it in the nearest bin. We also saw one of their delivery drivers come back in with food obviously rejected by someone. We will never go to KFC Luxor again and recommend others not to go

Completely overpriced, and the chicken here(in fact all KFC in Egypt) is awful, they just don't do it correct, completely over cooked..All Zinger burgers again are awful, tasteless, sloppy and not spicy and needs a hashbrown. Oh certainly not fast food

Was better chicken than my last trip months ago but no Diet Coke only seven up ... staff were friendly and restaurant clean with better than average toilets for egypt vbg

There was no rush at all, I was the only other person at the joint and my order, a simple Zinger meal deal took 20 mins! Definitely not fast food.

We ordered my son meal first and we got it last , French fries was cold , chicken wasn’t fresh with bad taste, we got our salad after 15 minuets and I had to go and asked for it , I ordered my son meal with a toy , I had to go and asked for it , and they asked me did you order it with a toy ,
Overall it was very bad experience

Overall it was ok, 3 piece chicken meal but some of the chicken seemed like it had been cooked twice. The restaurant like most places in Luxor was basically empty... Service was good and prices very fair.

The Chicken is not always fresh , and the bone has blood
when you order a dinner Box you always have 02 Mid peaces and a small wing , which is against the KFC quality
