I've been coming to La bodega for 10 years!!! Tonight they told us they have a new menu The fillet mignon was a SHOCK! Service very very slow The picture says it all! The place has deteriorated big time. The picture shows the plate I got!

Lovely restaurant and great Italian/Mediterranean food. We've been pleased every time we've gone. Our only complaint is that occasionally a dish is a bit bland, but usually everything is delicious. Some internet sites show that La Bodega has closed. Not exactly! It's now split into two separate restaurants, but the Apertivo half still has the La Bodega menu and staff.... More

I used to go to La Bodega regularly, more for its atmosphere and bar than for its food, but when it shut down and we only had aperitivo left, I wasn't crying my eyes out because aperitivo had always had the nicer interior, more elegant lighting, and better waiters. It's the kind of place I'd take a business contact or... More

This is the first time I taste very delicious food and in high standards in Cairo Although the location of the restaurant is not that attractive But once u step inside u let go of the location a very romantically sophisticated atmosphere that makes u live a magical night with the dim lights. Very clean restrooms I loved it

I love it, pizza is very good, curry chicken is very good, salads and calamari sauce tartare are great as well as other dishes. Very good service and nice, classic athmosphere from the early 1900s

Located in a huge 19th century apartment near the Marriott Hotel in Zamalek. Decor is very trendy and classy. Food was good to great. Nice place for a private or business dinner. They have alcoholic beverages . Recommended

Simply, at 7 o'clock in the evening I was the only customer asking for food and there were other two persons seated at the bar. I ordered a beer, a little pizza and a linguini with shrimps. I saw that all the waiters were wasting time speaking one to each other. After 30 (!!!) minutes nothing happened...I paid the beer... More
