Ordered sliders that were okay and certainly priced competitively. Service was on the slow side, but we were not in a hurry. Handy to the Radisson Hotel.

I went all bufflo in middle east and this was the worst baufllo ever ,
Restaurant and too hot

1) It was at about half capacity, but the service was unbelievably slow. We had to find our waiter to ask for something. Another time had to go to the bar to ask where our drinks were, because we had been waiting for over 10 minutes for two beers. They said the waiter would get them, but it still took several more minutes. After we were done eating, again, we couldn't find the waiter to get our check. Another 10 minutes of just sitting there waiting for him.
2) We ordered 2 large beers when the waiter first came to the table. The waiter brought what looked like small ones. We wanted 2 more later, and said we wanted large ones. He brought two more that were the same size. We saw another table with beers, and they were much larger than ours. So, we weren't sure what was going on. When we got the bill we were charged for 4 large ones, though. I asked a different waiter if ours were large, and he said no. So, they had to get a manager to fix our bill. More waiting...
3) There was an entertainment charge on the bill (LE 7.93). The entertainment was very loud music. Actually, it wasn't too bad when we got there, but after a couple of songs, they turned up the volume. After a few more, they turned it up again. At that point it was too loud for us to have a conversation. Like ridiculously loud for a restaurant. Pretty much no talking for the rest of our time there.
All in all, it was a pretty crappy experience - especially for trying to overcharge us. Under the circumstances, neither of us thought it was a mistake. Check your bill if you eat there.

We stayed waiting for food for at least 35 mins, getting a coke takes them 10 mins to get. Overall service is really bad and the waiters ignore you.

The food was good and the prices were acceptable, but the next day we all got a bit of a stomach ache, maybe it was because of the amount of wings we had😅 but I overall it was good experience, the waiters were friendly and the atmosphere was great.

This restaurant is part of the Radisson Blu in Heliopolis.
Good food (Nachos, Chicken Wings, Burgers, Mexican, Beer) and live sport screens.

As a fan of this brand from Jordan I love this branch where the music is always good and the food even better. The buffalo wings with ranch are not to be missed. Great place for birthdays too!

Everything here checked out: food, menu, service and central location in Heliopolis... Prices were high, but expected, given it is inside a hotel.
Only problem was the obnoxiously loud and out of theme music. I couldn't hear myself think, let alone talk to my friends... the owners obviously got the concept of 'sports bars' all wrong.
I would go again - only if - they turn the music down.
