Very tasty pork knuckles cooked in oriental style. Try different favours especially with garlic. Book online or you may have to wait outside the restaurant for some time before getting a table.

Best jokbal I've eaten thus far. The proportion of fat to meat per slice was excellent and drizzled with a generous serving of slightly sweet garlic sauce with sesame, this makes the jokbal extremely flavorful and delicious. Suggest to also order the sundae (korean blood...sausage) for those that are adventurousMore

Despite the numerous tourists who queued up to grab a table there was actually a lot of koreans also eating Jakbol so i thought "ok it can't be that bad" Once seated we opted for the variety menu with Garlic jakbol, the classic jakbol and...the mustard-y flavoured one and it was delicious! We also ordered a steamed egg and a rice topped with seaweed dish. Be warned the set menu comes with a kimcchi noodle soup which by the way was decilous. Myth Jakbol did not disappoint and I'd highly recommend it. I've never been a fan of pork knuckle but actually really enjoyed this meal :) Bonus: Feisty ahjumma at the door who won't take any crap if you aren't there when your number is called.More

Had lunch at myth chokpal with my family . We waited about 30 minutes for a table . Paid about $40 USD for pork hock. The portion was a good size but was pretty standard tasting chokpal. I did notice that all of the patrons...were tourist . It was just ok for us. Nothing special . I didn’t think it Was worth the 30 minute wait. Would not visit againMore

Jokbal, which is essentially braised pig trotters, was on my list of "must-try foods" in Seoul and we happened to stumble past Myth Jokbal whilst exploring Hongdae on a Friday night. The menu comprises several different styles of jokbal but the signature dishes are definitely...the original jokbal and garlic jokbal - both of which come in two sizes, M (for 2-3 people) and L (for 3-4 people). We were enticed to order the garlic version, which is essentially jokbal slathered with a sweet minced garlic sauce. *insert heart eyes emoji here* The jokbal was fatty, flavourful and delicious! If you're not used to eating pork skin and pork fat, refrain from ordering the L size as it's huge! The M sized dish was more than enough for our party of 4. We also ordered the super tasty rice balls, which come unmixed but the fun is in mixing it yourself and forming balls with the plastic gloves provided. Some side dishes and a salad were served too but those were not particularly memorable. The jokbal was definitely the star of the meal. Overall I'd recommend Myth Jokbal and I would return to try the original flavour!More

After attending the night Nanta show, we dropped in here for supper. The pig trotter, jokbal is a must try. They have the original and the garlic jokbal. And the rice ball, Jumeokbap too. Put on the glove and start mixing and do your own...rice ball. Tasty and you will want more. Oh don’t forget to have makgeolli, the Korean rice wine to go with it. It’s not a myth. Enjoy.More

the original flavour of the pig's feet was so good. we liked it much better than the garlic one. the meat was soft, succulent and so tasty. the flying fish roe rice ball was super good too! would recommend it to my friends visiting seoul....the service was definitely very average, not memorable. might be because we speak english and they don't. not too sure!More

I found some staff a bit rude but maybe that's because their limited English, however, overall experience was nice. Jokbal with fresh garlic taste good and the peach calpis also taste really good, with reasonable price.
