We had a little trouble finding this place, but we are glad we persisted! The other bar we were at had no atmosphere, more American than Irish. When we arrived the place had a good crowd & a good feel & we settled in for a few pints & some dinner. My partner had a chat with the owner who... More

Had an enjoyable night here. The food was reasonably good for pub food. The fish and chips were perfect and the mushroom pie was not bad. It serves both Guinness on draught and Murphy's by the can, so we had our choice of Irish beer.

I went by myself one night and sat at the bar. A waitress gave me a menu and then looked annoyed when I didn't want to order food and just walked away. I sat at the bar for about 10-15 minutes and no bartender came over to serve me or acknowledge me. Wasn't even that busy. All the employees just... More

We had breakfast wings and a burger. It was all really good. In the menu it says come for the food and stay for the fun. I agree 100%. Each night has a special. Tues is fish and chips. Wed is Winesday. Thur is wings. Fri is steak. And Sun is cider special

I realise that this won't be a true reflection of what the pub is like on a normal weekend or weeknight, but, I would imagine the food would be at the same standard as I am sure the same cooks do all the work... I attended the christmas buffet dinner this year and it was really great.. A large variety... More

Irish Pubs in Itaewon. i like the chicken, Special price on Thursday. The stuff is very friendly, for sure I will come again. By the way: There is a Pub in Busan, but not as good as this one in Seoul.

I have been dying for a full English after living in Korea for a while. Thankfully the Wolfhound has it sorted. Bangers, toast, beans, tomato, crispy bacon, eggs and way you want them, hash browns, and a cuppa are all on the menu. Proper job!

This is a really friendly buzzing pub. Great crowd and fast service. Has tv's for sport. The food is also excellent, especially the steak! For Brits there's the added bonus of Yorkshire puddings on the menu. Located in Itaewon, just near the subway station.

Thank Gary B

Staying in Itaewon

Neighborhood Profile
Neighboring the immense Yongsan American Garrison, Itaewon was once shunned by locals as a seedy, red light district. But within the past few years, Itaewon and its surrounding neighborhoods such as Kyunglidan and Haebangchong have undergone a major revival to quickly become one of Seoul’s hottest areas. Here, trendy international restaurants dot the area alongside hip lounge bars and some of Seoul’s hottest club venues. After dark, Itaewon comes into its own as one of Seoul’s top party scenes. The crowd is a fascinating patchwork of all backgrounds and identities, including a small but thriving Muslim community (centered on Korea’s sole mosque), the LGBT community (with a string of popular bars and clubs), and a wide range of ethnicities and cultures scattered around. Those seeking a quiet respite should head towards the eastern end, in Hannam-dong, which not only has one of Korea’s best art museums, the Leeum Samsung Museum of Art, but plenty of mid-range to upscale restaurants and cafes.
