It isn't easy to find, but somehow we did. A cosy little restaurant, it has two sections - tables with the legs sawn off and tables for those who can't or won't sit on the floor. We chose the latter. Very good, and unusual, food...More

Great place for lunch, esp during winter (warm, heated floor for sitting). Very tasty soups and pancake, latter is one of the best we had eaten so far!

Not an easy restaurant to find but the food are worth it! Good food and filling, as well as halal too. And as for Malay speaking customers, they have translated menu (I was surprised too). The staffs are friendly and the place is comfortable too....More

There's only a couple of things on the menu, but it's all the better for it. Walk into the old-school wooden dining room, get seated, "Sujebi?" "Sujebi!" Job done! A small crock of kimchi promptly arrives and shortly afterwards a very big bowl of soup....More

I've tried Sujebi during my stay in South Korea. I was suggested by one of the muslim traveller as halal food might be the issues among us. I might say that it is less likely to contain any suspicious ingredient. There's a malay translation on...More

Sujebi are actually dough flakes in soup, but are actually rather like pasta. Very tasty! This restaurant is in a side street of Insadong and is a typical old-style Korean restaurant. Their pajeon (pancakes) are really excellent too!

Korean goods such as pottery and earthenware, crafts,
fans, and more, making it a popular spot for souvenir
shopping. The Ssamziegil shopping complex in
particular has become a local institution for its
unique spiral layout and the many boutique shops
