Cafe de Paris has several locations in Seoul. European style coffee is sold here, and each is flavorful and rich.
I had a hot cafe mocha, which was deep in chocolate flavor and espresso, and whipped cream sent it over the top.
It is a very lovely place for friends or couples to have dessert and chitchat session. Seldom to see mango but they serve dessert with mango as main ingredient as well as strawberry, pineapple and grapes. Grape is so good and refreshing even though we...More
Needed a break from all the shopping. Found this somewhat "french" in decor cafe . Small but cosy. 2 floors up. We had coffees and "RealGrapefruit Drink" juices that cost a whopping 13,000 won each, LOL
We were walking around on a very hot day in Hongdae when we saw the signs for this place. We had already seen this chain of cafes in other locations like Myeongdong so we decided to stop by. Their signature strawberry and mango drinks were...More
Despite all the new cafe popping up in Seoul every 5 mins, cafe de paris is still my no 1 favorite place. The atmosphere is just cozy and you can just really sit and relax with friends. All the BonBons are still as good as...More
okay, we had 3 drinks and a slice of cake for 42 000 won - thats almost US$50.
it was order and pay at the front counter then they give you a buzzer which you then go and collect when your order is ready.
We went there in the evening and the vibe was great. Not much people there at the time but it was something about the light/decoration that made me feel good. However expect staff just as they are in the area - careface towards you.
Arguably Seoul’s most famous neighborhood and undoubtedly one of its most popular, Myeongdong takes shopping and eating to new heights, with hundreds of shops, restaurants, and cafes all stacked on top of one another. The rise in popularity of Korean cosmetics, fashion, and more has made this area a must-see for visitors who come and marvel at Myeongdong’s often frenetic pace and energy. Lotte and
Shinsaegae’s massive department stores are also popular draws for both Korean and luxury products. The department stores, just like Myeongdong’s streets, are crowded around the clock. Myeongdong’s many street food carts are also immensely popular for their inexpensive and quirky offerings (French-fry-encrusted corn dogs, anyone?). The neighborhood’s popularity, as well as its close proximity to other popular sights and neighborhoods, makes it one of Seoul’s most popular places to stay.
