Great place with a unique wine, food menu in Old Tbilisi. The meat dishes and soups were excellent. It's a bit hard to find, and in the same building in Museum. Nice environment and great Georgian cuisine though

Georgian food with a homely touch! Racha is a smallish place built like an underground cellar so it’s cool, but felt hot like AC wasn’t working. but the food makes up for the discomfort and an emotion-less staff. I’d still come back for the food...as the Ostri was to die for, especially for us spice starved Indians. Khinkali was quite nice with thinner dough, though I’ve had better. The lobiani was perfect and pork mtsvadi was nice too. All in all 4.8 for food, 3.5 for service without smile and less AC.More
Wine that is not wine. Good chicken soup, very bad white wine (actually not a wine but kind of fruity drink) and very bad trout(poor unfrozen trout even her does not remember how much time she spent in the fridge) was hyper dry and very...very fried. Mediocre service: no sympathy , not even a smile. They made a big effort to serve us even we were only two tables in a whole resto..More
Very cozy and simply tasty traditional Georgian food ; feels like you are having lunch with one big family
One of the best restaurants we’ve been to in Tibilisi. The food there was just amazing! You must try their chicken soup in particular … it was just perfect!
The reason to visit as it was marked as cheap on TripAdvisor. But it is not at all. No service. Only cash. Dark basement and construction noise🙃 Khachapuri was great
raw khinkali and inedible odjahuri. imho worst restaurant in Tbilisi I've visited. not recommend. horrible
This is the worst rating I have ever given for a restaurant. I don't even want to think about this establishment ever again. Way too salty food...way to salty (and surly) staff. What is not posted is that they ONLY EXCEPT CASH (we only had...debit and credit cards). I had to try several ATM's (unsuccessfully) and then go to a local hotel to get $50 GEL to pay our bill. Eater beware!!!More
Me and my boyfriend visited Racha and it was a trip we soon came to regret. We ordered aubergines with herbs (that were nothing above mediocre), dolma which were tasteless and chewy and lastly we ordered a salmon which was so DISGUSTING that we lost...our appetite all together. The fish was sour, grey and looked like something from a horror movie. They only took cash which we didn’t know and they did not seem amused when cleaning our table and realising that the fish was untouched. Would never recommend, spend your money elsewhere. The visit ruined our day, CANNOT believe we found this place recommended by Lonely planet?!?More
My girlfriend and I were horrified as we gazed upon the most disgusting fish we have ever seen. DO NOT GO INTO THIS PLACE!! And if you do god for it that you order the ‘salmon’. The taste, looks and way it was cut, was...bordering psychotic. I had the dolmas aswell, which was more of an regularly underwhelming failure of culinary skill. This visit almost ruined our day, and the service was rude and arrogantMore
You have to be a bit attentive to find the door to Racha as it is quite discreet. It is not the coziest place, however I cannot rate it any lower than 5 for the authenticity of the place, quality of the food and extremely...affordable price. The adjapsandali was absolutely delicious!More
Very nice ladies, super cheap prices, nice food, you can not pay by card which is annoying while travelling. Apart of that all good!
Cheap, good and simple georgian food. Vegetarian friendly, less busy in the evening, friendly stuff, food was served quickly.
As a Georgian I will tell you that food isn’t as it’s supposed to be. Georgian cuisine is different - much better! Greasy eggplant, Ostri with wrong spices, Kharcho missing something and way too watery, wine like juice for kids with a little alcohol in...it. They also forgot to bring bread twice! We had liquid food and they never brought bread even though I reminded them after they forgot first time. If you ever go there anyway, you need to go and ordered yourself, the waitress doesn’t take orders. You can only pay via cash.More
Ordered Harcho soup, cheese khinkali, aubergine, and dolma on 25 Sep 2021. Woke up next morning with food poisoning. It was from the soup.
