I was visiting Tbilisi and stayed at the Raddison. I came to the Filini restaurant and had the pleasure of having Liza as my server. She was a pleasure and very attentive. She helped with the selection of a local Georgian wine that paired with the pizza we got (out of a wood-fire oven!!). Liza provided excellent service!

We have made a few trips to Tbilisi over the last few years and we always go to Filini. Their menu has a wide range of dishes and the atmosphere is always relaxed. This time we went for breakfast and had another great time! The staff are so nice and welcoming - today, Nanuka and Nini especially made us feel welcome and very well taken care of right away. Plus, the sofas are comfy and the view from the terrace is a great accompaniment to lunch. Highly recommended!

One of the best places in Tbilisi if you are looking for a place to catch up with your friends and just enjoy delicious food and great service, hostess greeted us and showed our table with friendly smile, food was very delicious and our water didn’t fail to fill our wine glasses once they were empty. Ambience was great, there was live jazz music that really suited atmosphere. Definitely will visit this place again

Delicious food, but the overall experience doesn't match the price. Slow service, they forgot to bring the ordered tea (it’s good that in the end it was not included in the bill), a sullen waiter and burnt out light bulbs on the ceiling, which makes it quite dark and uncomfortable. The lasagna, asparagus soup and chocolate fondant were really delicious, but I know a couple of places in Tbilisi where you can eat just as tasty and in the same quantity in a more comfortable atmosphere, and at the same time spend 2 times less money. On the weekend, the hall was half empty, there was no need to make a reservation, they spoke to the waiters in English. For two we paid about 160 GEL for 2 dishes, dessert and drinks.

Very poor and disappointing service! If you are going for a date, never come here unless if you want to ruin it. We had a reservation for 2 people at 21:30. We arrived on time and took our table. After a while, we asked a waiter to take our order but he said wait. We kept waiting for 45 minutes and finally no one came to take our order despite calling and waving at them many times. During this time, we asked 3 times to take our order but each time they said wait please. Waiters were all on rush and kind of lost. Finally we left the restaurant at 22:20, feeling very disappointed and disrespected. I think we were treated this way because we were only 2 people but other tables who arrived after us and were bigger group, were given full attention. At the end, we met the manager Ms. Monica and reported it. At least she was sorry.

First of all thank you for taking time to write about our restaurant and please be sure that we can not be more disappointed than we are now from your feedback, because every member of our team do their best to give every guest unforgettable experience.
We checked CCTV because of your case and checked information about your visit with our staff too. As host, who showed you table told us you were waiting your partner and did not wanted to order anything while. Your partner joined you at 22:00 exactly. In five minutes you asked hookah maker, which we send to your table. He was standing with you for 1 or 2 minutes, after he left he told us you were still thinking, It was exactly at 22:08. After that, you were searching in the menu for 7-8 minutes and then you left restaurant. We could not see waving and calling and waiter who was quite busy that moment was waiting till you were not ready to order. We can understand of course, that it is necessary waiter to come to take order without your asking them and we could not be more sorry that we did not managed it that night.
Every guest's feedback is very important for every member of us. We will try to do our best to change your mind when you visit us next time and I really hope to see you here soon. Dear Mr. Royeen, you have already know my name and please, if you do not mind, ask Monica when you return.

Food was awesome, but the service by Mr. Akaki was even better. We ordered different types of dishes, and each was prepared to perfection. On top of that, Mr. Akaki served us with utmost attention to detail and a nice smile. Highly recommended!

Great place to have dinner. We went with group of 11 people and were served by Aleko. A very warm server and excellent service. Giving 3 star as the Pasta served was cold / half cooked and was very flat.

Review of Fillini Tbilisi
We had a wonderful dining experience at Fillini Tbilisi. The hospitality was outstanding, and a special mention goes to Akaki, who provided excellent service and made some spot-on recommendations. He suggested the Orgo red wine, which paired beautifully with the meal. The mushroom soup was rich and flavorful, and the Alfredo spaghetti was perfectly creamy and well-balanced.
The ambiance added to the experience, with a beautiful view of Tbilisi city enhancing the overall vibe. Whether you’re a local or visiting, Fillini Tbilisi is a must-try for a relaxing meal with great food and service..

I came to the restaurant randomly and found out it’s number 1 in tbilisi , i ordered a lot of found pasta , pizza , roasted chicken and some soup and ravioli ,
I give the restaurant 2 out 10 and the food was very salty and didn’t taste very well , poorly seasoned and felt very bland , only the pizza was good but not great .
The waitress treated us very poorly handing the menu when i asked for it the second time and acted like she was angry for some reason
We ordered a lasagne which was a very small portion and shared it between us for to try it and i was very salty . I tried to change it with some other dish or desert and they refused as they said i ate half of it . They are very disrespectful on the way they treated us and we had awful time and regret coming to this restaurant.
Would not recommend it to anyone .

Went for dinner and it was so good that we brought our group of 23 for lunch 2 days later while visiting the area. Great ambiance and delicious food. We didn’t make it easy because everyone ordered off of the menu, but the staff rose to the occasion. From soup to salads to pizzas, pastas and desserts, all 23 of us raved how delicious our lunch was with some people having as many as 5 courses, we were pleased that lunch was also very well priced.

good food. decent prices and good portion sizes. we had the beef tenderloin and it was delicious, the salmon steak that was huge portion and the rigatoni Bolognese. The atmosphere was relaxing and posh. The price is good for how much we ordered and Mariami was a great help in giving recommendations and service.

Waitress looked quite tired which is not acceptable, we asked to make an order in couple of minutes but she never appeared after that and it was difficult to catch her attention within other 15 minutes.
Lasagna was truly delicious. Hot minestrone on a quite hot day was strange, but let’s agree this is acceptable and it might be either hot or cold.
But when waitress tried took away glass of cocktail (which was great indeed) with half of cocktail inside I decided to write the review.
My feeling is in restaurants like Filini service really need to be on a very different level.
Anyway experience was great, but improvement at service area will make you much more attractive. Good luck!

We came to lunch yesterday. Food was excellent but service beyond miserable. Orders came late, and served separately. Drinks did not come. Waiters simply did not care.
We came back today (our fault) because the food was really great. After we sat down nobody came to take our order. I spotted two waiters chitchatting so I said to them we were ready to order. One of them looked at me, raised his finger at me and said “one second!” then turned and left. So we got up and left too. On our way out I asked for his name and I was told it was “Micho”. We told the hostess of what happened and she apologized but let us go merrily on our way out.
You can tell waiters simply do not want to work. They are rude and some downright impolite.
There’s a big disconnect between the food served, which is really very good, and the level of service.
Where were the adults supervising these inexperienced rude kids running the place?

I had a fantastic brunch experience at restaurant Fillini! The service staff, including the beautiful hostess Lika, were not only warm but also incredibly attentive. The level of hospitality added a delightful touch to the already impressive culinary offerings. really nice place, the food is very good, the cesar salad is fantastic and the staff are really friendly and competent. I was served all evening by the same waiter Rati, a very kind boy who was able to give me the right advice on the dishes.
