We’ve eaten here twice, it’s part of the Radisson hotel family of restaurants, which we didn’t know at first, but explains the atmosphere which is similar to Filini. Our first visit was not great, food was tasty but plates came out at different times, like my husband’s main course was served 10 minutes before mine, as he waited for my foos to arrive his food got cold, and other details that made us think we wouldn’t be back. We ended up there today by chance and the experience was completely different. Our server, Salome, was great, maybe she was the difference. She took our order and asked how we wanted things served and followed through. Everything was perfect. The pancetta with mashed potatoes was to die for, as well as the Jimador cocktail, reminded me of a Peruvian pizco sour, delicious!

I liked my rigattoni and stake. The wine and starters, beef salad and sweet potato fries, were great too. The waitresses, and specially the one who served us, Mariam.s, were very nice and welcoming (I know her name because I asked her). There are few waiters or waitresses in Tbilisi who are fluent in english, but her english and accent was so good that i forgot for a second that I’m in Georgia. I lost the chip they gave me when they took my jacket but they were so chill about it and didn’t even mentioned it. Some guy was playing great jazz on the piano and they had a stunning view in their balcony. In general, take the food beside, I was so satisfied with the service that I really regret not tipping more than 10 percent (I swear it’s not only because our waitress had such a nice and beautiful smile).

Sensational food! Every single thing we ate was delicious! And the best part of the evening was the lovely young lady by the name of Eleonora who recommended the best foods and drinks and dealt with too many dad jokes 😅. Thank you for the fantastic experience l!

Awful place, overrated and overpriced. We went there to celebrate a birthday. We ordered 4 starters and 2 mains , 1 bottle of wine and 2 desserts. All of the dishes except the deserts were very mediocre but when add the price, it gets so bad.
The service was mediocre, the waiter did not speak English , we asked for the mains to put sauce on the side, he said “yes yes”, but they arrived with the sauce on them.
They said they will bring ballon, and a cake for the birthday, but nothing.
But my main complaint is that the food is just basic and very very pricy.
Do not recommend at all.

After accepting the order, most of the dishes were brought within ten minutes, but the lasagna ordered by me and another person was carried for more than an hour and a half, but the waiter forgot that we ordered two and instead of offering a solution to the problem, she simply said sorry, I forgot. We strongly do not recommend this place. Here you have to prove to the waiter that you are worthy of her attention.

I was ordering a cod fish, it was properly plated and presented, however it was very, very, very SALTY! i was telling the waiters, but there was never a reply. I can tolerate a certain level of saltiness, but this one, its over the top! Even the veggies, you cannot it anymore. They just passed throuh our tables. And suddenly, one waiter came to ask for the payment. We did not even finish our food, and the restaurant is quite excited to ask payment!

Little disappointed, the menu looked wow. Loads of amazing dishes to choose from, great interior space, candles and ambience, with views overlooking the city. Unfortunately the food had very little taste? The sweet potato wasn’t cooked properly, the cauliflower was so dry it had no taste, presentation wise… looked lovely but lacked flavor. Having heard great reviews I was surprised.
The waitress also brought the food & drinks for 1 person on the table whilst the other 3 of us had to wait a further 20-30 minutes for ours. Which made us feel uncomfortable as she didn’t eat, and we were sat watching hungry. The waitress shouldn’t have allowed that to happen, unless we’d all said ok beforehand. I would of preferred the sauce on the side, not drowning my mignon. A steak knife 🔪 too would of helped.
The bread was very nice, and place. Just a little improvement to the food taste. It’s average, honestly and after staying over the road in Radisson Blu with great food, we expected a little higher.
The total bill was 280 GEL for 4 people which is reasonable. But won’t be coming back any time soon. Unfortunately. Service speaks volumes and I feel the place should care a little more to the customers needs, whether they speak English or not.

Beautiful place , fancy and elegant.
We came on a friday night with no reservation and the host was so kind to help find us a table.
We ate the Burata salad , Shrimp Spagatti , eggplant ,Mushroom Risotto and the pumken soup were all very very delicious and yummy. I highly recommend it.

The food was amazing. We ordered filet mignon, a burger, and soup—all were delicious. The espresso martini was also excellent. The view was stunning, offering a beautiful perspective of the city.
We visited the restaurant twice. The first time, the service was a bit disappointing, as we had to wait and repeatedly ask for assistance with our requests.
The second visit, however, was a completely different experience. We were attended to by a lovely lady named Mariam S., who provided exceptional service. She took great care of us and delivered a truly high-class experience. The 5-star rating I gave this place is largely thanks to her outstanding attitude and excellent service.

For a such a nice terrace with a great view, brings you a terrible, destroyed experience by the slow, blind, incompetent working staff and it should be addressed by management.
I ordered a “jumbo tiger” shrimp salad which came in the size of popcorn shrimps. But they always are small in Eastern Europe, most places never even seen a “real” jumbo tiger shrimp. I will say that their cheesecake was incredible though and their Snickers cake was good too.
I ordered an ice coffee with ice cream which I asked what kind of ice cream flavor and to put the ice cream scoop on the top of the coffee. I was given a watered down terrible excuse of an ice coffee with no ice cream in it at all.
I told the red-bearded waiter which said the ice cream was mixed inside, and I told him that it definitely was not, there was no viscosity thickness at all in the liquid, it was pure coffee water and anyone could easily see that.
I told him to put a scoop of ice cream in a bowl and I will put it in myself, but he never returned. I kept trying to get his attention waving and yelling at him but he completely ignored us and kept walking by many times, what a jerk.
Another time there the woman waitress ignored our table of 4 again and I’m like what is wrong with these people, they are 0 for 2 so far. Management really needs to have a staff meeting with the servers because they have no idea what they are doing. Terrible service!

The food here is amazing. The attention to plating, mixing flavors as well as changing their menu every so often.
I never felt disappointed coming here, specially with the service Mariamis gave us really made everything so much better.
Food is that good that i forgot to get pictures of the food.

Food - Burger was delicious, soft but nothing was falling out of it, probably one of the best burgers I have tried
Desert was also out of this world ( Bougasta Vanilla, pistachio cake)
Service - Sophie was exceptionally kind and welcome, very positive attitude. We took her advice what to order and we were more than happy.
Atmosphere - Very calm and present atmosphere, very nice music and lighting.
P.S. please try semi sweet wine Tvishi

We have the opportunity to travel to Tbilisi regularly, and Republic has become our favorite restaurant over the past year. Just when we thought it couldn’t get better, we had Salome as our waitress. We’ve never had such attentive, kind, and proactive service in Georgia. Truly a wonderful experience - can’t wait for the next time!

Enjoyed dinner here with a large group. It’s a spectacular setting with great views of the city from the open terrace. The food was prepared in a large open grill area. The ambience, service and food quality were excellent.

We chose this for an early lunch as it is a regular of my son who lives here. Nice relaxed setting and view over the east of the city. We had the brunch Muffin, Shakshuka & Baked Potatoes & Bacon. All really tasty, filling accompanied with a nice light Amber wine excellent service provided by Miriam.
