Pros: English speaking catering mainly for tourists and decent WiFi. Cons: food not great, pastries were very stale and service not good. I would skip this and find another place unless you really have to.
A cheap and cheerful tourist-friendly caff near Rustaveli, serving a standard tourist menu of soups, salads, waffles, omelettes etc plus a couple of asain-style dishes. Prices are fair for the area.

I visited Hurma Cafe more than 10-12 times. Its my favorite place for brunch, coffee and lazy mornings during the weekend. Its cosy, the menu is decent and the service is good by Tbilisi standards. The City needs more places like this!

Went there twice for quick lanch. The menu has many options for vegetarians. Ate vegan wrap - it's delicious! Try one of their freshly squised fruit&veggie smothies!
The atmosfere is chilled out. Portions are big, prices are reasonanle, paid atound 20-25 gel.
