A restaurant with excellent, courteous service with a warm attitude and a lot of patience for tourists. (which is very important for those who do not speak the local language). The dishes are excellent and large, at a gourmet level, delicious (and we tasted a...large part of the menu several times we were there). The atmosphere in the place is excellent with a mix of younger and older crowd. The place is very beautiful. One disadvantage - the dishes do not come out together and sometimes are delayed beyond a reasonable time.More
Food was excellent but unfriendly waiters were walking around with scowling expressions! My waiter was especially miserable. Never spoke, never smiled, never made eye contact, lost out on a 20 Gel tip! Sorry, kitchen staff. Customer service training required.
We arrived there to have a nice dinner and watch the Football matches between Brazil vs Croatia and Argentina vs Holland. The place was packed but we didn’t had to wait so long to get a table. The service was great and we were surprised...by the Food standards. Everything was tasty, Prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was excellent. By the way, Brazil lost and Argentina won 😃. Go there without any doubt!More
The worst restaurant in tbilisi. Rude waiters, the food have no taste, and take long time to serve the food. When i ask where our food is the waiter replied very rude. They even sometimes pretend to not see us raising our hands. We ordered...medalion, it was out after 1hour 10 minutes and it’s so chewy, also super overcooked. The soups tasteless.More
Just off liberty square, many locals eat/drink there. The service was fast. Chicken shashlik and the eggplant with walnuts were amazing. The cheese and potato Khinkhali were average. The Mexican potatoes were too spicy. Wine was pretty good
Thank you for your review!
Good food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. We had dinner here few times during our visit to Tbilisi. Delicious authentic Georgian cuisine!
Thank you very much for your feedback!
Went there based on a recommendation of some friends and we weren't failed . At Bernard we enjoyed each moment , from service to quality food to a great house beer . It's a great venue to gather with some friends for a night out....More

I ordered the smoked pork ribs from their beer menu and I must say that it was very disappointing. I was very excited and looking forward to try a smoked rib since I live and work in Saudi Arabia (Pork is not available in Saudi),...anyways the pork was marinated in a salt brine and was boiled not smoked to include it was very tough and couldn’t cut with a knife 😂. Unbelievable!! The flavor reminded me of corned beef brisket sandwich without the sauerkraut.🤦🏻♂️More
Hello, We are very sorry that you had such a bad experience, we will figure out what happened, we are not this kind of restaurant, we have very good staff.
I had the Djakhuri for lunch and it was tasty. It was a hot day so I did not mind being inside with the a/c on as long as possible. The service was okay but nothing to reallly complain about unless you are in a...rush to do something. Hopefully as time goes on, more staff will be hired.More

The evening we went there, the place was humming! The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Made our last night in Georgia very memorable.

Our first try of Georgian food was here and we visited the place two times. The food was with no doubt is great, and the three of us tried many different options from the menu. That explains why the restaurant is always busy, and you'll...be lucky to find a table in the weekend. But unfortunately, and due to work load, the service is poor and the team is not even trying to be friendly.More

Although the food is quite good, I've never seen such bad service and staff attitude in Tbilisi before. It took ages to cook Ceasar salad.

Our friend in Georgia recommended this place since we are looking for fried pork knuckles. We placed our order (fried pork knuckles), showed the server of the items we want. The drinks and soup came after half an hour. After 40 minutes the server gave...us pork ojakhuri which is not our order. We told him that was not our order and showed him the item again. No apology and took back the wrong dish. Came back and said that fried knuckles is no longer available for the night and insisted to take the ojakhuri. We refused and just ordered 2 servings of pork barbeque. 40 minutes passed and still no food. After multiple follow ups, the order came in 1 plate, the same waiter insisted that the 2 servings were put in 1 plate. Furious and hungry, we just requested for our cheque and stormed out of the place. The waiter did not deserve any tip at all. No apology, rude and bad customer service. I cannot recommend this place.More
