I went there for my birthday dinner with my girlfriend on November 22 last year, Chef Orng arranged the surprise set menu for us which are included Australian black Angus beef tenderloin, Tartare of salmon and Pan-seared Hokkaido Scallops. The taste of foods are so...delicious and the atmosphere of the place is also nice. The service team are also helpful and so friendly. Thank you all for lovely memory and I'm sure I'm coming back here again.More

An excellent meal in a beautiful setting. The food was very good value considering its high quality and presentation. We visited at lunch time and enjoyed the uninterrupted view of the lake and a peaceful but convivial atmosphere. My friends also raved about the chablis....High level of service and a very enjoyable experience overall.More

Just a lovely place to sit by the lake, under a majestic tree to enjoy a beautiful lunch. After talking to the chef Christophe, I decided to keep it simple and let him decide for us. The salad (with duck egg mimosa) was very good...and the beef t-bone was very tender and absolutely excellent. Sorry, I can't comment on the desert, I had to skip (too much already) but I did notice their cheese platter. Next time...More

Beautifully located in an old house beside Inya lake, take aperitifs out on the lawn. Inside there is a nice lounge area with around 40 bottles of fine wines you can taste from 10cl to full glasses rather than just buy one. A basement wine...cellar leads to a lovely table for 4 in the cooler cellar. After a wonderful steak, so tender, i elected for the cheese board - it was more of a table on wheels, perhaps 40 choices. It was a midweek and 7.30pm visit so quieter than usual according to my colleagues but for later meals better to book in advance.More

The setting of lakeside garden with beautiful trees, subtle lighting and fascinating wild life is a real gem for this lovely restaurant. The music did not quite blend with the surroundings, but was not too loud, and the view over the water was very calming....Service is discreet and efficient, if somewhat lacking in personalisation, and the menu had enough variety of interesting dishes to whet the appetite of all, accompanied by an excellent range of wines as long as ordered by the bottle, which is too much for the two of us, but we coped! Every course was enjoyed, although occasionally there was too much salt for our liking. A certain flair was lacking, I felt, considering the quality of this establishment, but it was still a very successful birthday celebration.More

Fantastic Hidden Gem in Yangon away from the traffic noise and overlooking the lake. Food was superb and wait staff very knowledgeable moving from our lovely white wine with our starters to the duck completed by a Devine Red Wine. I have an allergy and...was advised to reconsider my choices confirmed from the chef by a very friendly server. Our meal was part of a farewell dinner and we had concluded a Scenic Tours jaunt from Yangon to Mandalay and return via Inle Lake. It involved a river cruise. Would highly recommend this restaurant to you for a great meal with friendly staff and beautiful outlook.More

Brunching at Le Planteur was an absolute delight. The beautiful heritage house is located by Inya lake - the view is amazing. Interior was elegant with quirky twists - look out for modern French romantic details such as sexy siren brass door handles and chair...legs made of red stiletto. Le Planteur has a wide selection of wine. I enjoyed the buttery La Pleine Lune’s Petite Arvine Selene 2017, which goes perfectly with fish tartare. Great food and wine surrounded by lush greenery, a perfect afternoon indeed!More
