Good for typical Burmese breakfast dishes. Shop is popular for its taste. Which personally I have to agree. Staff are attentive and efficient. I am surprised at the speed where your order is arrived just after a couple of minutes of placing order.
I believe...you have to be local to enjoy the food but even for tourists there are still non spicy and less traditional food which you can enjoy.
Location is the 49 street at the end or at the beginning depending on which side you enter the street.
Would recommend this shop.More
Visited the U Chit Maung outlet as it was near to Sedona where I was staying. Must try the Poori. It was really crispy. Also the Mohinga was really good. Go for the less sweetened tea as it was already quite sweet. The samosa was...really fresh. I wish I had a bigger stomach to glutton more of the food.More
If you are looking for a true local tea house, filled with locals and very affordable dishes, this is it. We had the chicken curry with paratha and the potato and puri. It was phenomenal and delicious. The placed was packed with local people and...the food was well worth it. Really recommend.More
It is more than a tea shop selling variety of snacks plus meals to cover lunch size. No particular car parking place but customers self arranged it. Saw a lot of young labourers of very productive age serving large crowd of customers. Foods were just...so so. Not a comfy place to hide from hot climate.More
This teashop is like a typical Burmese teashop and most Burmese foods are provided by Lucky 7. The taste is quite ok and the food looks good tho. This teashop is cleaner than other local teashops I guess.
