We picked the place in a rush. The mushroom curry was good.
Mango lassi was way too sweet and tasted like artificial flavour yogurt. Had freshly made mango lassi before, this was not even close. Way too sweet. Lemon ice tea was bitter.
The price...is same as in Europe... Way above Myanmar standard and the food is not exceptionally better because of it. Would not reccomend because of the price.More

Thank You Moore, for your great feedback on our restaurant in Yangon.
Great food & great service-very friendly despite the language barrier! We had a lovely meal and nothing was too much trouble- the chef even came out at one stage to help us with choices. I would definitely recommend!

My friend and I went to this fine dining restaurant after our visit to the Shwedagon Pagoda. That was almost 10pm local time. If you're adventurous, the walk may take up to more than 30mins from the Pagoda. Alternatively, you may get Grab and get...there in about 10mins or less, depending on the traffic.
We went here as this is one of the places that was listed under Halal option when we did our research. We ordered Tikka Massala, Garlic Naan, Gobi and Lassi. They tasted good and at a decent price too. But be prepared to wait quite some time for your food to arrive. You may snack on the Papadum while you wait (though I must say, they're a bit too spicy for me).
Although this place is listed as one of the Halal eateries around Yangon, please note that there is also a bar and alcoholic drinks are still served upon request. Knowing that, I had hoped that someone could've/should've mentioned that bit when I read the previous reviews here on TripAdvisor. So I hope this review helps fellow Muslims who are travelling to Yangon in the near future.
On a side note, you're expected to leave tips when you pay your bills. Our change wasn't returned (couple of hundreds of Myanmar Kyats), for your information. Hence, we assumed that's the tips. It is a fine dining afterall.More
