Dibar is always good for lunch. It has a varied menu and all dishes are enjoyable. I find the beef lasagna really good but equally all other dishes are pleasant.

A quaint little Italian type restaurant with parking space and nice interior decor. Service was friendly and prompt. I ordered the Tomato Salad with mozzarella cheese; fresh peeled tomatoes with Italian dressing and it was just heavenly! And for dessert, ask for their yogurt with honey (there's only one flavour-natural) No regrets! Cost me in all, 5,000 kyats for the... More

Wonderful hotel for italian, spanish and mexican food.Beautiful red win choices-Australian Chilean Brazillian. If not too hot can sit outside but in summer months they do not seem to have that option. Can be a bit loud and noise in the enclosed space though as many groups tend to get together over here.

It has a semi outdoor seats, a great place for a date. Offers a variety of food and drinks. A bit pricey, but I supposed it's worth the taste and the ambience.

If you want continental, then this is one of the best restaurants. They really do specialise in various types of European continental food, together with delicious Chilean or French wine. The Chef is knowledgeable and selects the combination.Nice friendly semi-outdoor place (balcony type) where one can share an informal bottle of wine with a few friends

Had lunch here and the service was very good. The staff were polite and courteous, and the food was very good. It was reasonably priced and the menu was varied. The only downside to this restaurant was the fact that there was no Wi-Fi. We had planned on spending a leisurely afternoon snacking and drinking before departing for the airport,... More

We have been frequenting Cafe Dibar for several years, and have followed it in 3 different locations in town. Its present location (corner of Kabar Aye Pagoda) is easy to access and with plenty of parking space. The decor and ambiance are much nicer than at its previous location near the US Embassy, but the quality of the food was... More
