My family visited there on July 23 for lunch. It was great traditional Myanmar food lunch for us. Their cooking was yummy. Especially Spicy Pork,Mutton,Fish head and soup were tasty. Not too many oily and spicy as well. Price were very reasonable for all customers....More

Interesting experience, tried the food like "normal cook at home" (said my Burma friend). The restaurant have food stool where you can pick the foods, then serve at table. Normally come as a group, so can choose more dishes to try.

Frequented by a lot of locals this place is packed. The food is mostly already made and hence the moment your order it is on your table. It has quite a wide variety and some of the single side dishes are very cheap.

One of the best places to eat local food! Fresh big selection. You go and pick your dishes from the smorgasbord of authentic Burmese food, then the ladies direct you to a table they have waiting for you with a selection of extra condiments, the...More

Eat like a local here...for pennies. This place is very authentic. Great food and a good selection. You can try several curries and it will only cost a couple thousand kyat.

This is a local favorite. The restaurant serves local fares, and is immensely popular. I found Burmese food to be oily and salty, and the food here is no exception. But well worth dining to As local as it gets.

I normally go there two times a week. My favorite foods at there are Kyat Tha Thote (fried chicken salad) and Watt Kyaw (fried pork). When I go there, they serve with best seasonal juice every time. Really recommend!

Great atmosphere and amazing food. Don't worry if you can't speak the language. Staff are extremely helpful in guiding your selections. Would highly recommend.

This small local restaurant situated just NW of the Shwe Dagon pagoda was recommended in the Lonely Planet guide and sure enough was populated by several beaded, sandal-clad travellers in baggy purple trousers and embroidered tops with multi-coloured Shan bags as well as a few...More

Good food but a bit too local for my taste. Whole chickens chopped up in the curry and cooked fishhead etc. nothing wrong with the quality. Hardly any foreigner and very cheap.

The earliest I have visited was around 11am but almost 80% of their dishes are already ready. Visit early coz it is almost full after 12noon. Waiting period less than 10mins as most customers will just leave after eating.
