Breath-taking views, excellent service and an A* F&B selection.
No trip to Yangon is complete without taking in the view of sunset and Shwedagon from here. For dinner, I'd highly recommend eating downstairs at the Mahlzeit restaurant, followed by a night cap and cheese platter back at Atlas.
Those celebrating a special occasion (like us!) should treat themselves to a bottle of champagne – they can even open this for you sabrage-style. 👌

Our last night in Yangon befire 10 days in Ngapali...so really enjoyed 6 stops on the last circular train from Central, a 300 metre walk and there we were on the 12th floor rooftop Atlas Bar just after it opened at 5pm. As the Saturday evening went on, it was a good job we had booked a table! Great choice of drinks and food, excellent service.

Was here a couple of times for the view. A good place to chill down and watch sun set. If you are planning for full course dinner, this is not the place. Waiter n waitress are friendly and serve well, so is the french manager. There’s a lady (not sure manager or waitress) not in uniform, could be more friendlier. She has a stern face and doesn’t give you that welcome look. But anyway, go there for the view and not her face.

This rooftop bar doesn't only offer the beautiful view of Shwedagon Pagoda from the top, it also serves excellent cocktails that vowed me. The set-up is modern and so is everything else in this rooftop bar. I saw its ratings and yes, it is indeed well-deserved. I'd say it could be the best rooftop bar in Yangon.

Great venue on top of an office building with amazing views. Food was good, service was not really attentive. Overall ambiance quiet cozy and with the weather in the winter rather pleasant. Would definitely come again when I m back in Yangon.

After two days of navigating the chaotic streets of Yangon, we came to Atlas about an hour before sunset to take in the sunset and have some drinks. The cocktails were fantastic as were the views. Can't recommend this place enough. It was a nice place to spend our last night in the city.

I was there with my favorite personal and spent the whole evening. Rooftop view is too damned hyped and sick and so is the tequila. haha. I will try to get there back again

Atlas bar is famous among our friends and that was my first time there with my friend.
Welcoming counter near lift is pretty nice.
When we arrived the bar, the lady thought to be manager, asked us to sit in the middle row near the entrance stairs which is enough for 2 persons.
But we want to sit the side of the bar to get the good view as it is the rooftop bar.
So, we said this lady "is there any seat available in the side row"?
We suprised her response and she replied "you can find yourself is there any vacancy or not?"
I believe they should help us to find the seat for us but they failed.
Some foreigners came shortly after us and she & waitress helped them to find the place at the side row of the bar.
And then, we sat and took time to search which items we should order and waitress showed impatience.
I wore just ordinary Sport Shirt and Jeans. May be that's why they did not pay kind attention to us.
I think their response to local customer is wrong.
We gave the same price as foreigners do.
Hope they change their behaviors and attitudes next time.

It's located adjacent to a busy road, with nice rooftop views (Yangon skyline is not as amazing though). We ordered four different drinks, two were good rest decent. Food was horrible to say the least. It is pricey, very small portions and lacklustre in taste. My recommendation would be to enjoy sun set with a draft beer and head downtown for food thereafter. Can't comment on music, as the day we visited was a non-DJ night.

On the top floor of a very unassuming building is Atlas bar. As you climb the staircase to the top, you come across a bar with a nice vibe overlooking the skyline of Myanmar. In the distance you can see the famous Shwedagon Pagoda. The cocktails are a bit pricey, but I guess you’re paying for the view as well.

Atlas rooftop in Yangon, of course it nice location, cocktail there is good too. Fresh Air very nice to call my friend chit chat there.
In front of us is city view. In be-hide is Swedagon pagoda. That a must visit when here.

Beautiful rooftop area for sundowner. Excellent service & helpful staff. But the future looks bad for views. Lots of construction may spoil the beauty. Already the view of Ayewardy river is almost covered
