The owner of this restaurant is very friendly and fun! I went for dinner on a Wednesday. There was a buffet. Food is good and the resto has nice ambience. Just go!

Typical Asian restaurant. Have a buffet on Wednesday's. Went there as I heard they still frogs legs, but they were out when I was there. Food was not to bad Food okay, but they could do something about the desert, as it was banana spring rolls, jelly and some canned fruit.

Went there for lunch on a Sunday...situated on the 7th floor ( with a working elevator) the vistas over Kinshas are fantastic. The interior was richly decorated and the first impression was great! Some of the waiters, you might think that they started working in the restaurant since its opening...back in the 70's...and some of them know the menu inside... More

Just back from having Saturday lunch buffet at Le Mandarin. Place is located at the top floor of a government building, so you can park your car outside without having to worry, as there are a lot of police guards outside. Place looks very nice, really liked the way it was set up! The food, well, it was ok. The... More

This restaurant serves the same quality and service since 1969, yes, since 1969. Some of the friendly waiters are still there toady. Same quality, same friendly service. If you do not like the proposed menu you will surely find an exceptional dish on the card. A place of reference for Chinese food in Kinshasa. The Buffet on Wednesday evening and... More

The buffet was okay, but not too much variety. The food is not bad, but not exceptionally delicious either. A little overpriced.

Easy to find from the Boulevard. Drive to the back of the building, as the entrance is there, to the elevator. There was a sign on the way saying they offer free wifi! The decor is beautiful and the restaurant has a lovely ambiance. We were disappointed with the small portions, however, and relatively high prices compared to other Chinese... More

Went there around 1 PM. There was not much left in the buffet. There were 5-6 starters, followed by 6-7 main dishes, and 2-3 dessert options. 25 USD is relatively cheap for a restaurant on top of a Ministry building with a good view, but in terms of food, it seemed expensive for the low quality of the food. The... More
