The Mediterranean design, waterfront location and superb cuisine have earned Cafe du Village iconic status in Vanuatu. Just a few steps down a leafy passegway next to the Grand Hotel you will enter into a small coutyard of serenity with split level coral based terraces, vivid white ballustrates, high ceilings, and white louvre shutters. Our local staff are carefully selected for their friendliness and hospitality from the top resort hotels and international cruise lines. We offer a diverse choice of dishes to suit most palates, from our freshly caught fish and lobster (when available), our excellent local beef, to our popular sausage and mash and steak and kidney pie, but make sure you a leave…

We decided to dine with...you on our last night in Port Vila, great decision.
Delightful location overlooking the water, beautiful fresh food & service by Kela was fantastic. We wish you well in the future.More
We decided to have an early lunch and this cafe was in the perfect location. Unfortunately there were a couple of smokers near by that shared there smoke with us. The food: Beef bourguignon was good but needed more sauce and whole snapper was very...good crispy skin but was a small portion and expensive ($50 AUD).More
Have enjoyed several breakfasts and lunches at Le Cafe this trip to Vanuatu...far better than most in town for quality, price and service.
Location to die for as well. At the end of town that starts to thin out with more professional services buildings than...tourist shops it's worth the walk.
Got a busy and friendly vibe.
Do try French Toast for breakfast...coffee good too.
Lunch snacks of calamari and coconut prawns both good options.More
Ok, the location is good. Also, I didn’t eat there although the reviews look great. I just called in for a cold drink on my way to the villa.
Le Cafe du Village is on the waterfront looking across to Iririki Island but that does...not justify 880 vatu (about £6) for a simple G&T. Previously I’d paid between 600-700. There are many other beautiful places to enjoy a nice cold drink.More

Not sure why you would have paid 880 vatu, A G&T is 725 and premium Gin starts at 825.

We have afew dishes, Our Morrocan spiced carrot filo rolls with mint yoghurt is very popular and we also have a vegetable and chickpea tagine served with couscous and a very nice Penne pasta with goats cheese, olives and pesto. Our chefs are quite flexible so we will certainly be able to put some nice dishe together.
