We walked up the road to Mangoes from another nearby resort as the meals there were not great. We thoroughly enjoyed a dinner and drinks at the Mangoes Restaurant and from what we saw of the villa style accomodation, it would be more to our taste than the one we were in. The filet mignon I had was exceptionally tender... More

Staying here - the very short few steps from your room to the table made this a great place to eat. Menu was great; selection excellent and the prices very favourable. Simply delightful on all counts...

We came here on our honeymoon, staying next door at the terraces. Such a beautiful restaurant with the menu holding so many delicious options it is hard to choose. The cocktail menu is also fantastic!! Definitely a must do. The restaurant itself is beautiful.

Great atmosphere in a quiet and relaxing open air environment. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and the food is great. Highly recommended when visiting Port Vila.

Horrible food however no other option near by. Stray cat circulating during our dinner was our final straw. Definitely don't have any fish dish including the seafood platter you will be disappointed.

We stayed at The Terraces Boutique Apartments which is next door and as we found out part of the Mangoes Resort, the food for breakfast lunch and dinner was of high quality but on the expensive side. The meal types where inconsistent from day to day so if you received the whole nine yards the first time around any subsequent... More

Really enjoyed our meal here. Expensive, but most places are. Calamari entree was the highlight off their specials board. Don't expect attentive service, but we enjoyed our meal with resident cat, Spike, nonetheless.

Eaten lobster and fish from the caribbean in Jamaica in europe, asia all over the pacific, but this Mangoes sea food platter was clearly heavenly. Cooked by a local chef so unpretentious and pure organic ingredients was just superb. Thank you for a taste of the divine.

The food was absolutely amazing! From the freshness of the seafood to the perfectly cooked meat. I truly believe you would struggle to find food of this caliber or better in any of the highest rated restaurant world wide and service with a smile of course.

Had dinner at Mangoes Restaurant, and it's a must try for the foodies that visit Vanuatu.....the Seafood Platter for two! Lobster , prawn, fish, calamari ...oh did I mention the lobster! So well worth it ...host Tom & Becky are simply a wealth of knowledge, then there Thomas & Karl in the restaurant, that look after you like family ...!

Thank Gary D
