Yum, yum, yum! We enjoyed a delicious vegetarian fried rice plus a tofu, mushroom and vegetable stir fry. My first vegan meal in Vanuatu, yeah! Bit pricey and stir fry serving was small, but delicious flavours and food tasted fresh. These two dishes set us back 2300 VT. Restaurant now called Joe Vietnamese Restaurant. Lots of options on the menu... More

In my month long trip to Vanuatu I had walked passed this restaurant many times with the intention of trying it. On one of the last nights of my trip a friend and I decided to try it out for dinner. We had the beef pho which was quite tasteless other than a very strong parsley taste and the beef... More

We had lunch at this place, which is actually called Joe Vietnamese Restaurant (I have their business card in front of me). Our lunch was beautiful - we had the chicken fried rice (which was an excellent option for the kids) and a chicken dish with lemongrass and chili, which had incredible flavours. Loved it, and we will be back... More

This was easily the worst eatery we visited in Port Vila. The food was dry, tasteless and just downright yuck. There are no redeeming features I can speak well of. Service was poor, its so hot inside you'll want to sit out on the foot path instead right next to the traffic. A very poor dining experience for two people... More

Based on Trip Advisor reviews tried this place. very disapointed with our meals. My pork and prawns did not taste Vietnamese at all, was more Chinese and was heavy on the soy sauce. Prawns were actually shrimps. Came accompanied by rice and a tired lettuce salad.

Daily Snack Vietnamese Restaurant Port Vila is a well presented sidewalk style restaurant. It follows the familiar suburban pattern offering all the old favourites. I had beef pho soup - always a good test of the chef's ability. It was average so that was comforting. There were no other items that stood out asking me to try it. So an... More

Nice Vietnamese food. Quick and clean, tasty menu. I was with a few friends and we loved the Pork & Fish Spring Rolls (Nems) which come with Fresh Lettuce Leaves and dippping sauce. Have to try this place.
