The place is very nice in itself, the whole decoration is very elegant and people are nice enough. But the food I had great expectations for was just okay. I mean it was certainly acceptable but way overpriced.

Open on a Monday when many restaurants are closed! Really lovely food and great value with their set menus where you can choose 1 course 2 courses or 3 courses with a great range of dishes. Highly recommend this as it is half the price of the hotels and I would say better than most hotel cafes. Also a nice... More

Went here on a Monday evening so it was quiet. Menu is concise but varied enough to cover all bases. Overall it was a good meal. Service was excellent, wine list is extensive. By comparison to many noumea restaurants, prices were reasonable. Dessert was the highlight. Highly recommended for a french touch.

Enjoyed flavoursome coffee and the home made chocolate mousse just to bring back memories of a wonderful lunch in October 2015. Well worth a visit any time of the day. I suspect it may close about 3 pm.

This wasn't necessarily the easiest place to find but then again I'm not very familiar with Nouméa so maybe it's a piece of cake. I came to find out it's in the Latin Quarter for what it's worth. Either way, easy to find or not, make a point of finding this place, it'll be among the culinary highlights of your... More

This restaurant is in Latin quarter on a corner one block east of main post office. It was recommended by a local to us as traditional New Caledonian/French food. We were greeted by a waitress who was quite happy to speak English and be patient with my broken French!! We enjoyed a three course meal of local fresh tuna patee,... More

We came here for dinner and the meals we were received were wholesome and hearty the kind that stick to your ribs! Absolutely delicious with a nice bottle of red wine - think french countryside dining. Staff were very helpful in recommending dishes and accompanying wine. As other reviewers have said this is a very busy cafe by day and... More

Well located in the middle of the latin quarter, this provided a good lunch with helpful service and good quality food. Many of the dishes seemed too heavy for lunch, so we ended up having the pasta which was very tasty but still in plentiful proportions. There was a good wine list and draught beer selection. Go early as it... More

The restaurant only open after 7. My friend and I were fairly early and we were allowed to order drinks and wait. We ordered a stew beef and a lamb shank, both are consider good proportion for Asian. Food quality is above expectation. Nice ambience and fairly good wine.
