Decor and ambience in the dining area upstairs reminded me of a hotel foyer. Service was generally good, from waiters in oversized suits. Food was average though, with little flair shown by the chefs, relying on gimmicky presentation rather than flavor.

We choose the Classic "Menu de Degustation" , which was a great experience and very many new tasting experiences. Especially the Salmon and the Scallop dishes were top of the line. The service is good but was this evening not at top notch. Still it was a lot of staff running around We didn't like the ambience, it is a... More

I liked the experience and would come back despite a few irritations. Food (4*) - Torre de cangrejo y guacamole (crabmeat with avocado mousse, 5*) paired with cava codorniu (5*) was excellent and highly recommended. - Posta negra Cartagenera (short ribs 4*): ribs were grilled slowly to perfection, however I missed the crispy crust. The sauce with panela, tamarindo, coconut... More

5 star restaurant in Bogota. Created by the Rausch Brothers; this up scale restaurant with fine decor offers you a variety of flavors. Exalting the French cuisine everything is cooked to its term. Staff were great, I also had the pleasure to meet the chef too. Until next time, thanks. For more restaurants follow me @noblessegraduelle Instagram

It´s a very elegant restaurant, and the prices are really cheap for the quality of the food. The food presentation is really nice and the service is really good. Food was OK but not as amazing as I expected for one of the 50 best Latin American restaurants ( as is rated).

We ate here in early January with our 9 YO son and it was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was superb. The restaurant is right across the street from the Four Seasons Casa Medina and it is a bit of a hidden gem. The decor is simple, a bit modern and beautiful. We ate on the... More

Formal restaurant. Traditional menu proposed with a few elements of modernity, presentation & combination of ingredients. Good food and service.

Even though some of the dishes are innovative, Jorge and Mark Rausch try too hard to impress people. Unfortunately, who ever works in the kitchen does not master the "art". Inefficient service.

Criterion is a high class restaurant. We were received very lovely and asked to wait on very comfortable seats. We were a little worried about how they would react seeing that we came as backpackers, walking in with all our backpacks and suitcases. But they put it all in a storing room and helped us with everything! Lovely! The dinner... More

While overpriced and overhyped, the place has a fair amount of charm and, with a good update of the premises, might even become as impressive as they think they're. Their food wasn't particularly original nor exciting. Waitstaff really takes the prize for their ineptitude, ignorance of their own menu and overall laziness. It's one of those places where they give... More
