I was excited to try the restaurant after seeing the Anthony Bourdain episode on Bogotá. I was there at 8 o’clock on a Thursday night, we were one of three tables only. Staff is super nice, they had English menus to help. We ordered a...More

We enjoyed both of our visits. There was a mix up with the reservation on the first day but the manager went out of his way to fix it and we appreciated his help. Everything we tried was delicious. Strongly recommend the pasta appetizer with...More

Stopped here for lunch after walking tour of Macarena neighborhood and a visit to Museo Nacionale. Found it on Google rather than TA -- where it's rated much farther down the list than deserved. The food was excellent. The atmosphere is great -- part old...More

The formula of this restaurant is a bit different than the ´classic´ restaurant. Since portions are very big, the idea is to share the main course with 1 or 2 people. Besides the main dish there are multiple options to order as side dishes which...More

I watched the Anthony Bourdain episode here and was hooked. I wanted the braised beef leg so bad, so that's what I got. I'm sorry to say that while it was good, it didn't blow me away. It is a huge portion though so go...More

The location is just steps away from the National Museum up the incline. You are greeted by the friendliest staff into a tastefully decorated space. We started with the tomates al horno which were very flavourful. The canilla novillo is amazing, the papas chorreadas were...More

We visited this establishment during lunch time; it seems to be frequented by business professionals during the week. The food was outstanding, as was the service. Prices were high for the area, but not ridiculous.

Definitely a great place to try tipical colombian food from tue central region of the country. Tipical dishes with a gourmet touch combining local interesting ingredients. I had pork hoof as entrance and a huge pork calf, a 24 hour zimmer dish...the meat just melts...More

Tabula is not located in Monserrate so you don't need a cable car to go there. If you want to go to monserrate the cable car works until midnight and the train until 23:45 (weekdays)

Description
Tabula means table in Latin. We are rustic and shared kitchen. A wood stove is its heart. Long, slow cooking, huge slugs to serve in large wooden tables where food and drink abound, and where Francachella begins a feast of joy filling bellies and hearts of those who know to share and enjoy ours is the only reason to live.
