Strong coffee for 4am flight. Service is indifferent to you and looked right past us twice to wait on people that just walked up behind us. Pastries were ok but don't think they were very new. Sort of the only show in town so it works.

They serve a variety of items like pastries, different breads, sandwiches and even Mexican food. Anyway, the attention was in multiple occasions really bad. The waiters don't really care about doing things properly. Also, some of the ingredients in the food are quite low quality. For example, the other day I had the American breakfast which had scrambled eggs with... More

Is it a cafeteria? is it a restaurant? is it a bar? Yes to all of the above! Kind and good service by multiple staff members. Difficult to access for disabled as there are 3 or 4 levels with 3 or 4 steps between each. Good internet service. Great food. Large portions. Reasonable prices. Well located. Far from being world... Just another coffee shop with employees who ignore you. But lot of great reading material to read while you have coffee.

This is one of my favourite places to frequent in the La Paz area because it has awesome coffee, mint tea, great service and tasty food.....about 95% of the time. My favourite location is the one that is located on the Prado (Av Mariscal Santa Cruz). The people working are very helpful and a great big plus is that they... More

I have visited alexander coffee in the avenida arce three times and each time I have experienced terrible service. The first time I went in with two friends and we sat down. No one came to serve us, I had to go up to the counter and ask if anyone was coming to take our order. Eventually a waitress came,... More

Alexander Coffee is a starbucks-like chain with more dining options. Their chicken quesadilla is excellent, but I did not care for their envuelto mexicano at all. It seems to be a hit or miss for food, but all of their coffee drinks are yummy. Also, a nice place to get a decent take out meal.

The Capuccinos are by far the best in La Paz. They have an extensive tex -mex type menu with a lot of other international varieties. Try the croissants (ham & cheese) and another good version (ham & cheese with spinach), very good!!!

A nice hip coffee place, with several locations. Food is good. Coffee is good. Prices are good. Service is good. Nothing fancy but definitely nice to know it's there when you need a quick meal. Its your basic starbucks with a deli-cafe menu.
