One of the nicest restaurant in the world. The set up is absolutely perfect!!! Great food and service!!! If you are lucky to be in Punta del Este between mid December and mid January don’t hesitate and go. It’s a must!!!!

We went with our family and had dinner , the Resto has a nice ambience and it's located near JOSE Ignacio , dinner was ok , although I had to ask the chef to cook again my lamb chops that were raw and cold. The...other plates were ok Nice place to have dinner ! Beware bad weather most of the tables are outside!More

Finding and actually getting to Namm can be hard, and the fact that it opens just about a month an year doesn't help, but its setting is quite unique, with a somewhat oriental look to it. Each table is quite separate from the other ones,...in a secluded place, lit by candles. Food is quite good, but ambient is what you'll like the most.More

S someone else has said in this forum, it's about the place not the food. It's one of the most unique restaurants I have ever been to - an open air Asian structure at the end of a dirt road in the middle of the...forest. I can't believe I was able to find it! (I cheated, I called for help ... Twice). The food is good, not great, but if you are I. The area check it out.More

The fire at the middle of the place, and fire that cooked for hours the most superb lamb I ever tasted. And I might mention many of the other dishes, as a crusted brie, or the dessert, to die for. And all the people at a...most beautiful setting , and all their perfect details. I am really sorry they are only opened during the season, but you can go to the cafe Misterio in Montevideo. They are the same owners, with the passion for cooking.More

Namm is an excelent choice for a romantic date or a dinner with friends. The place is great, all done in wood, full of candlelight with a fire were you can sit when the nights are cold. Food and drinks are great! Price is high,...as all of Jose Ignacio´s restaurantes, but it is worth the experience. It is only open in high season, and sometimes, only during end December and January so it is better to call first before heading there. The place is difficult to find and that is part of the mistic of having dinner in Namm.More

Namm is more about the place then the food. Food is good, but the place is unique. Book a table at the outside tables. Inside is nice, but if you sit on the window overlooking the outside area. Would not go there on a rainy...or cold night. I had a lamb risotto that that tasted good, but I´m pick on risotto and it was overcooked. The other food I ordered were ok, but nothing outstanding It’s kind of hard to find Namm as there is no 185km on the road nor indications of the restaurant, but there are the 184km and 186km poles. So just keep an eye on entrance that is between the poles and signs will show up.More

One of the best restaurant visits i have ever had. Great service, beautiful atmosphere. Maybe a little expensive, but its worth it. Only good when the weather is good!
