Went to Al Sultan Brahim with my wife. Once you step in you feel the warmth of great welcoming especially Mr. Rostom and when it comes to the service you will find the waiter is very professional guiding you through the menu, it is really impeccable. the...food was very delicious and you have a lot of variety too. there were nice seafood mezes, cold and hot dishes, especially the grilled prawns which was excellent and cooked to perfection. thanks to Mohamed who was checking regularly if we needed anything and responding to requests on time, we will go back for another delicious and fresh seafood meal.More

Disappointed and grossly dissatisfied over the shrimp salad and calamari. The soggy salad was drowning in way too much tasteless dressing, and the calamari looked like it came from the frozen section in the grocery aisle. There was nothing fresh about the food, and when...I mentioned it to the waiter he simply smiled and thanked me. If I’d been at a fast food restaurant then this would not have been an issue, but this is supposedly a “good” restaurant; they are out to lunch on what good food is supposed to look/taste like.More

We ate here three times in four days, enjoying the ability to order small plates of hummus, pickles, sardines, and cheese for light suppers. Service was excellent and the puffy bread absolutely fantastic.

Delicious Mediterranean food. Amazing Fresh Seafood Market, where you can buy fresh Seafood and they will cook the way you want. Would recommend; Fresh Hamour, Hummus with freshly baked Khubus, Spicy Potato, Fried Shrimp. Service was excellent. Especially Thankful to the Hostess for her Courtesy.

We enjoyed our meal which included hummus and calamari in the outdoor area. For a restaurant in a high end hotel I expected a higher standard of service. Our waitress did not appear knowledgeable about the menu. No one came back to check how our...meal was going or whether we wanted any other drinks or food even though we had indicated we might have more drinks and/or dessert. I had to go and ask for the bill 45 minutes after we had finished eating as we weren't able to get the attention of a staff member. It took another 15 minutes for the bill to arrive at our table.More

By far this has to be the best seafood experience in Doha. The locally sourced super fresh fish and crustaceans are prepared as you like and perfectly done. The small plates of hummus and stuffed grape leaves, parsley butter shrimp and assortment of regional breads...are amazing. Pace yourself on the small plates because the main courses are worth waiting for. The staff are exceptionally friendly and eager to please. Looking forward to visiting again on my next trip.More

Had the business lunch offer at 100 QR per person - Tabbouleh was pretty good but the Hummus was average (nothing special at all). The main was grilled chicken with garlic mayonnaise and fries. The chicken was very dry and boring (you can get better...ones even if you go to Nando's...). Service was rather confused and disengaged: We only got the business lunch menus when we actively asked to order business lunch (sort of dodgy for a SR restaurant).More
