Prime location on the Dbayeh highway. From the inside the setup is dull and very average. Would have expected it to reflect a modern and fresh look. Service is acceptable however menu is limited and too varied. Had higher expectations!

We ordered several items to share including the onion and artichoke soups, chèvre and riquette au quinoa salads, couple type of potato items, grilled portobello and Parmesan, and Couqley's steak frites. We finished the scrumptious meal with pain Perdue and the tarte du... More

Unfortunately today will be the last time we visit couqley. There is no excuse to find a piece of glass in our onion soup. We thank god that my wife did not swallow the glass it would have been a disaster.. Roland

The food is average but for a great experience be sure to ask for Rana she is by far the best waitress in Beirut she made our average dinner taste great with her intelligence charm and sharp wit.
