Raouche is my favourite view in Beirut. Bay rock cafe is a two floor cafe/ restaurant overlooking Raouche. I went half an hour before sunset and the view just took my breath away, I was literally in awe for the hour I stayed there. The food was alright, but the service could have been better. We ordered Lebanese mezze which... More

The place is right in the main corniche, with a great view of the Rock and sea. The food is nothing special, but not bad either. Great place to go to for a shisha and juice and chat the evening away.

not a good food and the price was high , the only thing about this place is the view, if you dont have a table with a view your money will be wasted.
