About
Going back to our Peruvian roots, Sapa means the Emperor, the Only One. Considered to be a descendant of the Gods, the Sapa was the ruler of the Inca Empire, the one of the highest powers, and the one that gathered all the riches of the world. Just like its ancient deity, Peru's cuisine is about taking the best that the world has to offer and mixing it with its own culture and traditions. Thus we bring to you SAPA, a true Peruvian restaurant with exemplar fusion cuisine and a versatile as well as unique Pisco cocktail bar and lounge that is certain to conquer even the most demanding palates. Located at the old Zinc in Sodeco, the 100-year-old villa has been redesigned to bring you optimum comfort

An excellent bar with live music and very good Peruvian food. We trusted the waiter and he recommended the signature dishes, all went well. There is a very young crowd in general. Still a very nice place to experience a lighter version of Beirut night...More

I don’t understand what people find in that place. The food is terrible, the ambiance is less than average, but the worse part is that the floor moves! So every time someone walks next to ur table u shake! Will never set foot there again

Atmosphere is really nice for a get together or a night out. Food is absolutely great! Drinks are good - presentation is amazing. Service is not bad as well, would have wanted it to be a bit better though. All in all it’s a must-try.

The ambience was fine and food was decent but certainly more fusion than Peruvian. Our waiter Bob was quite knowledgeable about menu item and helpful. Unlike the hosts Mario and Walid who need to better understand their role. Mario was not welcoming and both had...More

I really loved this place and recommend it to everyone, the food is good and unique and the place becomes more of a lounge after 11pm. Perfect for dinner and drinks!

First time at Sapa, overall very nice restaurant. Nice waiters, quick service food was good! Highlight, the pork buns, hot squid cheviche, beef lomo. A tad on the expensive side overall. Just one tip for the restaurant.... keep white wine in the fridge! Otherwise no...More
