A hidden gem in kuwait just behind the rimal hotel behind movenpick hotel difficult to find but nice tasty yummy food with lots of flavours outdoor and inside sitting area , sheesha also available , its a must try for arabic food lovers. All the best team almayass kuwait , keep it up cheers ....

Almayass managed to maintain its standards and kept providing relatively expensive Lebanese food and good service. During winter the outdoor sitting is fun especially for shisha smokers. Overall recommended

I would like to bring to your attention that staff were lacking confidence, basic communication skills, team work. Our order were salad, cold cuts and one main. The meal did not arrive and we had to leave back after waiting for 2hours and half. The staff were not following up or apologing for the inconvenience. We already brough our own table as we understand it was busy yet they should served us and they served people who came after us. I am so shocked and I had an exhausted day. I am so disappointed and I had to cancel other restaurant option to go to your restaurant. We eventually left and they didn’t apologise or followed up. This the worse service I have ever received in my life and never expected this happens in real life.
I felt speechless, upset, hungry and I left disappointed. I was really mistreated.

I visited the restaurant for lunch, they serve Labanies food and here is my evaluation:
Location : 3/5
Service : 3/5
Atmosphere : 3/5
Food : 3/5 taste is average
Price : 2/5 overpriced and its not worth the money
I will not recommend it to a friend's

We loved kebab karaz, kebbe sajeyye and hummus. The design is old lebanese restaurent style ( 90's style ) which I love.

The first time to try Armenian food, it was good and the service was really good. I liked the beet root hummus, so yummy. Also the potato cubes in some special spices and the Kabab topped with some cherries. The place is really nice, especially if you sit outside to enjoy the nice weather.

Almayass is very quiet restaurant in the town. Restaurant atmosphere is very nice specially in the morning.
I went there for dinner, food were very delicious. Staff are friendly

It’s a Lebanon food. Standerd to below average as many competitors of lenanaise restaurants. Not clean. Flys indoor. Cats outdoors roaming under the table . Although the vie is a nice sea vie with a garden. It could be better. I don’t advice to try this restaurant.will not return back to this restaurant.

The food is ALWAYS cooked to perfection, and the atmosphere is wonderful, with their traditional music playing in the background. No matter when I go, or whether I'm with friends or family, I am never disappointed with the service in AlMayass, or the quality of their food. I regularly buy take-away too. It's pricey but I feel that it's worth it. Their tabbouleh is the best I've ever tasted, as are their warak-anab - perfect!!! I love their chicken livers in pomegranate sauce. My son commented that their kebabs are getting smaller, and he was disappointed about that. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, as was their chicken tawouk.... Always a very satisfying meal at AlMayass.

It's a very nice restaurant to dine in specially from Dec - march(good weather) in the out doors viewing the garden and the sea.
They serve Armenian,Syrian food and I would say it's very delicious, med to high prices, But the service is below average and needs supervision, this issue might destroy restaurant reputation.

One of the few restaurants allowing in door shisha which is a plus for some people. The food and service are good and the place is a bit on the upper side price wise. The muhamarah is disappointing despite being an Armenian restaurant

I have been to Al Mayas many times and I will probably go back many other times inchallah
I strongly recommend this restaurant for the variety and the quality of the food, the staff is ok but they have a great garden area on the beach
Things I particularly love : their bred, the provincial tong, hummus is also amazing and so are the small Mezza dishes on their menu
