This restaurant was much more upmarket than we had expected, and we felt decidedly underdressed. Nonetheless the staff made us feel most welcome. As we weren't overly hungry my daughter and I only had an appertiser, a cheese-filled pita, and a main, which was a lovely chicken dish with a delicious lemon sauce, on a bed of chips (much to... We went last Friday at 5pm, just around the Jordanian lunchtime rush. While we had originally reserved for 2.30pm, we had taken longer than planned visiting the Jerash ruins. We had called up earlier that same day to try to push back our reservation, but they informed the restaurant was completely booked up already and that we should just come... More

This place serves very good food. Service is excellent. There is a place inside for kids to play and our daughter loved it. I highly recommend it.

8 mins walk from Hadrian's gate. Restaurant is nicely decorated. Service is good but quite formal. Food is good quality but menu is more limited than Artemis. Bread was superb. Live music was enchanting.

Too much smoke it's actually suffocating. The food is amazing but could not enjoy it!! Too much smoke from sheesha and cigarettes. The place is beautiful but has no non smoking area. I do not recommend unless the management will respect customers who are non smokers or asthmatic

This is one of my favourite Lebanese restaurants in Jordan. Located in the historical city of Jerash, the restaurant boasts nice views of nature around. The menu contains Lebanese appetizers and main dishes including grilled meat and chicken. They serve shisha and alcohol, and their desserts are fantastic. Service very nice and attentive. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. They even have... More

We ate here after visiting the Roman ruins. The Lebanese House was recommended to us by our Air BnB host in Amman. He said they served some of the best Lebanese food in Jordan and he was right. I had the hummus beiruti, lamb chops and tabouli salad. The food was absolutely delicious but there was so much I couldn't... More

This is one of the best restaurants un Jordan in term of quality of food, taste, freshness and service. It is located in Jarash; around 30 minutes away from north Amman. It is very crowded in weekends and you may wait more than 30-45 minutes to set and around 30 minutes to get your order. But still I found it... More

Excellent choice of Lebanese inspired food - flavourful veggies, great variety of meats. Family friendly. Not cheap - but good value - come hungry!

Found this place after walking around Jerash and were happy with the restaurant. We had a few mezze dishes, some soup and fattoush salad. The food was excellent, the only reason for not giving this place a 5 star review were the slow service, very smoky air in the section we sat in and the prices did seem to be... More

Description
The ruins of the Greco -Roman city of GERASA are located in Jerash which is one of the largest and well preserved sites of Roman architecture in the world outside of Italy. We are proudly located in this ancient city that bursts with history, we have almost become a historical monument amongst the ancient ruins. No one can mention Jerash without thinking "Um Khalil" they are intertwined!
