One of the places to visit when in Amman for authentic arabic breakfast : hummus falafel ,foul, fatteh you wont go wrong at Abu Jbara. There service is friendly and fast. You may also take away back home.

This is one of the regular places I visit whenever I'm in Jordan, and by far one of the best. You just need to forget about your cholesterol level that night. One of best places to eat falafel, hummos, fool, or any combinations of these three. The prices at this place is higher than other branches because it is classified as a 'tourist' restaurant.

Abu Jbara only serves Jordanian traditional breakfast dishes starting from hummus (cooked gorbanzo beans) to foul, fatter, falafel and relevant dishes. I can say in the beginning that this restaurant as serving our local food like Hommos, Fool and Falafel is one of the best who can offer this. We were staying at the thousand nights hotel with a room overlooking this restaurant (don't think the address quoted here on tripadvisor is right.)
