The setting is fantastic, relaxing authentic middle eastern atmosphere, as long as you are seated outside. If you sit inside, it's ok, but you are loosing a lot. As far as the food goes, their appetizers and salads are excellent as long as you stick to the local types. As for the main course, stick to the barbecue, whether it's... More

I went over during Iftaar with my collagues and maybe that was not the right time to go. The place was crowded with more than 500 people !!! We had to stand in queues to get access to the food. Catering to such huge numbers comes at a cost which is compromise on quality of food and service, Worst experience... More

Ward is a well-known restaurant in Amman. I tried the restaurant 2 times, once with my wife and friends and again with my company. I tried different dishes in my two visits (mainly from a Middle Eastern cuisine) and they all were OK. The desserts were fine.

Very briefly, the resurant is huge with open area in the middle. It's good for groups and couples. I tried the traditional Jordanian plate "Mansaf". I can rate the test as average. The restaurant is clean and staff are friendly. Prices are slighty high, we paid 20 JOD for one Mansaf and dessert. The Resturant in the walk distance from... More

Ward restaurant has a wide variety of cuisines on offer. We chose to eat in the "Asia" section. Where they serve Chinese/Indian and Far Eastern dishes. I chose the beef dumplings. They came a compete mess, broken, the filling seperated from the case. I followed with noodles, which needed a good bit of soy sauce to taste any good. I... More
