The food is tidy and normal, like I mention, but the prices, especially for zanagas, and the salad are very exaggerated
The price is not worth the size, the quantity is very small and the taste is very normal
I simply can’t find enough words to express my disappointment. After craving pizza for a long time(everything was closed, as we all know)we finally placed an order today. Went to pick up the pizza, my husband noticed how filthy the place was in the back(they...used a different entrance than usual). Opened the box home to discover wet, soggy, uncooked dough! On top of that they charge premium for low class ingredients, instead of buffala they used an ordinary cheese(not even a proper mozzarella). The diavola pizza also had a different kind of salami than the Italian salami they list in the ingredients. Is this a proper way of conducting your business El Rais? I used to be a loyal customer before the covid crisis but due to the recent experience, I will make sure to never return again and to also let everyone know what a low level your pizza joint has reached! Good luck and goodbye! 🤮More
The worst experience ever. Pizza didn't arrive after 1.5 hours. I called several times, they said it was on its way (clearly not). After 2 hours the shop stopped answering calls and left the order hanging on talabat. 6 starving people including a 6 year...old. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!More
This is one of the many places that you can visit in the same area. But selecting this place is a great choice. The place is really clean and the design is beautiful. They have a green wall, which is one of the rate things...that you wont find at many places.
They have a big oven and everything is cooked when you order it. Rich and tasty menu.More
We went to pizza el rais for lunch as it was highly recommended by a family member, but unfortunately we were very disappointed. First of all it's overpriced and expensive for the quality of food you get.we order a shrimp salad it was bland and...had no taste, the pizza dough was very thin you can't even hold it,we ordered el rais pizza but we didn't like it at all. One more thing I didn't like is their menu it's hard to understand the ingredients so this makes it harder to figure out what to order..More
I’m so sorry to say this but I have to vent out, I know how many people I know and friends have recommended this place but I don’t think they know what they’re talking about. We ordered the Festa Di Carne and the Verdura. First...of all, delivery was super late from Careem box but that’s the place’s fault cuz they should’ve informed they didn’t have delivery, we even called the place, they said the guy is about to leave and call me for directions, the guy calls after 15min and then says he’s about to leave. Second, the Festa Di Carne was a totally marketing bs, there’s barely any tomato sauce on the pizza and there was barely and ‘carne’ on it, no red onion, it was white onion, 4 small slices of spices Italian sausage, and the 24-month aged Parmesan was non-existent. As for the Verdura, same thing... and the crust takes up half the pizza by-the-way... and it’s over-priced as well.
Will never order from this place again unfortunately.More
I went with friends for a quick bite, average pizza and nothing outstanding, the disastrous part was the salad, laughable portion and overpriced literally 4 small pieces of shrimps and two thin slices of avocado with a not even a handful of lettuce costs 8...JD plus 26% tax, never again. Very disappointingMore
I ordered pizza from El Rais after various recommendations. I ordered one El Rais Pizza and a truffle pizza. There was absolutely no truffle on the pizza, and when I informed the waiter he told me that I didn’t understand what truffle was and that...the cheese on the pizza had truffle. There was not a single bit of truffle anywhere in or on the pizza, beit cheese, oil, or otherwise. Moreover, the El Rais Pizza was soggy with vinegar and it was falling apart. The cheese was watery.
Extremely disappointing food and derogatory staff who treat food connaisseurs as if they don’t know anything. Won’t be returning. Don’t be fooled by the Instagram photos and paid positive reviews.More
