From the varied menu to the amazing service and attitude, we got to get the full experience of drinking. We recommend building a menu that means that the waiter decides for you the dishes and the order of the meal to get the experience of crafting. In addition, we were pickled in the saucers and dessert at the end of the meal.

Nestled with in an hotel lobby but you hardly notice it is an hotel lobby . Minimalistic deco comfortable seating and soft music . Excellent service also advising portions are small but do not try and push you to order more as in other restaurants . Food is excellent and perfectly presented . I have not checked the wine list but the one glass of Black Tulip I had was also excellent .

Spectacular. It's worth every penny. I went alone because I am traveling with a large group but I arrived two days early to experience gastronomic tourism. And Mashya was an exquisite experience. The restaurant is small and is on the first floor of a hotel. The bartender was my waiter and the one who recommended each dish and obviously the best recommendations. Yes it is expensive, but it is worth it. I ordered two appetizers that, in addition to being delicious, were presented divinely. And a reb eye of more than 300 grams, along with a mescalita, and everything was too delicious. I recommend it with my eyes closed and if you chance and you are lucky enough that the manager sits next to you and sees you so happy with the food that she complements the experience with a spectacular dessert, courtesy of the house.

Not the first time at the restaurant, we invited a friend to celebrate a birthday, we were three people. This time was very disappointing. We booked a place outside by phone, we informed them that we were arriving with a bottle of wine and a bottle of whiskey bought abroad. We arrived on time but we didn't have a seat, we asked to sit at the bar but they didn't let us. In the end it was not pleasant for us to wait and we sat on a table inside and it was very noisy. When we asked to open the drink, we were told that the whiskey is not opened according to the regulations, even though we informed them when we ordered and built on this, and after arguing with the restaurant manager, they approved us on the condition that we pay a NIS 400 opening fee. The food was not at the level we were used to and the portions were too small (often at a chef's restaurant) we ordered a portion that was not well made at all. We paid the full amount. In short, we will not return there.

Very disappointing, slow and imprecise service, the buffet is not rich, the fish dishes disappeared and did not return, a poor selection, not interesting enough, certainly not for the requested amount (148 NIS) I recommend not to come to the place At this price the whole experience should be much more accurate, rich and pampering. bordering on cheating

Amalek - poor service experience, exhausting and tiring, tasty food but with a poor selection. The bottom line does not justify the price, a place that pretends to be something it really isn't. We arrived for brunch on Friday morning to celebrate a birthday, we were very much looking forward to arriving at the Mishiya's brunch at a place that was booked a month in advance. The cost of breakfast was NIS 148 per person, the expectations were very high. In terms of food - you get a dish from the menu, a hot drink and a soft drink for each diner and free access to the buffet. The main course was excellent but small. Regarding the buffet - an excellent selection of pastries, everything else was too little and not too special. Quality vegetables but one type of salad, very little selection of spreads, which was tasty but the selection was poor. Regarding the service - shocking is an understatement for the service experience. Let's start the process of taking the order where we had to repeat the selection of mains and drinks 5 times, the waiter was very confused, did not remember our requests, omitted details, and did not follow the requests. I had to repeat the order several times with fear that the dishes would not arrive. After taking food from the buffet, we asked for honey and white cheese or plain cream cheese. We had to ask two different waiters and after they brought the honey they said there was no cream cheese in the restaurant, strange considering the fact that my dish came with cream cheese on the side. Later in the meal, we were harassed a very large number of times by the waiter asking whether to contact us even though we were in the middle of our meal. Towards the end we ordered a hot drink, which was also confused and did not arrive as ordered. Twice we got the wrong coffee with the wrong milk until I had to go to the waiter and order the coffee directly from him. When we wanted to ask for toothpicks and toothpicks we couldn't get the waiter and got up again to ask the bar for toothpicks and toothpicks. I went up to Amhams who asked us a few minutes earlier how the service and the experience was, and we told him that we simply suffered from the service. The service was oppressive and exhausting, I got to the point where I preferred to get up and take the things I needed myself. Very inappropriate for a restaurant of the level that the restaurant claims to be and for the high price tag they charge. I left frustrated and mostly exhausted from their hosting experience. I will finish and refer to the five, who admittedly came to ask how the service experience was and we asked him not to give us food as compensation because we were simply full and tired from the place we just wanted to go. But he didn't bother to address the sad experience in a different way, so what's the point of being interested and asking how the experience was if you don't intend to try and improve it. His only reply was you are not the only table to complain about this waiter. Neither I nor any of the other diners who chose to stay with you this morning are the waiter's employer, and blaming poor training or choosing unprofessional employees is not the answer or solution to a poor service experience. Definitely not recommended, in Tel Aviv there are enough better brunches with value for a higher price

I didn't expect a collection of mistakes from such a place. I booked a place for 5 people at 21:00 about two and a half weeks in advance with a special request for a comfortable table. We arrived on time and had to wait 20 minutes because the table was not ready, in addition to the fact that the hostess answered in a not nice way at all and condescendingly, and mainly tried to smear us by claiming that they were "setting the table". We were seated at a table that fits 4 people and we had to crowd. Meanwhile, the air conditioner dripped over the table. When we asked to move to a place suitable for 5, we got a response "that's how we seat five people and we don't understand what the problem is". So we waited longer for them to move us. The food - the meat dish was bad but the rest of the dishes were delicious. The shift manager tried to compensate us and treated us well. But we will definitely not be back again.

Disappointing experience at Meshia restaurant During my last visit to Meshia restaurant, I experienced several malfunctions that must be noted. The service was extremely slow - it took over 45 minutes before I got the first bite to the table. The wait for the next dishes was also unusually long. Additionally, the staff seemed confused and forgetful at times. I experienced a feeling of neglect that affected the quality of the atmosphere and the overall experience. Unfortunately, the response of the restaurant manager was also unsatisfactory. Although she offered me chasers, it wasn't enough to fix the situation or soothe the frustration I was experiencing. In the end, I paid full price for the meal, but left very disappointed. I hope the restaurant will take this feedback to heart and improve the quality of service and operations in the future, although I will not be returning.

We had a reservation and while we arrived 15 minutes early, we were seated after 45 minutes. Our waitress was difficult to understand & missed introductory courses & was not engaged nor helpful in explaining the dishes. Note, cocktails are not hand-shaken rather they are premade and not tasty...we opted for a bottle of wine. Unfortunately, the interaction we had with the waitress severely impaired our restaurant experience.

We found the experience, overall, disappointing. Our waitress basically directed her explanations to only one person in our party of four, doing so in a low voice which was hardly audible to the rest of us. When told that we can't hear her, she just repeated her spiel in the same low voice, leaving the one person who heard her to explain to the rest of us. This was partly due to poor acoustics which makes for a noisy environment. Nevertheless, she made no attempt to make herself understood better. As for the food, it was uneven. Some of the dishes were very good and others no more than average. The sirloin dish was very good but served not as described in the menu. While some of the food was good, the presentation is pretentious, the portions small-portioned and the prices high. There is no proportion between the food served and the prices charged.

There is no question that Mashya aims to please. Every detail of the decor, the serving dishes (some almost too heavy to lift), the wide selection of wines (poured from carafes rather than directly from bottles) and the interesting menu draw you in. About the food: for appetizers we ordered a tasty green salad and the flat bread with labneh. The dish only had stingy serving of labneh-not enough for the long piece of bread. We opted for the farida which was very good and the ognlet which was excellent. Note: The menu is in very hard to read - the print is extremely light. Perhaps that's because, as our waitress explained, the menu changes daily. That's not my style - I like to go back to restaurants because I liked certain dishes. With 2 glasses of good Israeli red wine the bill came to over 600 shekels. I think that's expensive but the place was full of happy diners.

Lets start with the drinks. Tiny bitter del professore with tonic water, 42 IS. Very tiny Amaros, 58, two very midsize negronis 104 (we were 4). A serving of 3 Oisters 99 (we ordered 3 of those so 297), one of us thought it was very good, one thought it was OK and I did not like it. Sashimi albacore with "leche de tigre", 86, 6 small thin slices, the leche de tigre was way too sour. Trout brochette miso butter and spinach, 122, prity good, but not much more. The skirt steak was hard and tasteless, when we were asked about the food, I said that; the waitress called a manager (I believe his name was Meir), who heard and said nothing. Eventually, I guess when I said I'll mention that on my review, he took it off the bill (at least that). I do recommend the barrio and cream dessert, but not the chocolate mousse. Just avoid this restaurant, or don't go in too hungry, order perhaps two small dishes and no drinks.

We were 10 people at breakfast. We were very disappointed!!! The offer of cheeses was poor, two types. There was a selection of vegetables but no special or interesting salad. The dishes from the menu are small and not special. In the past there was a fruit salad and a selection of cheeses in the buffet. Today they put in a sausage which is quite strange... the price really does not justify in any way the NIS 150 buffet without proper value!!

One of the best restaurants I ever been to! The food is simply fantastic and creative! We ordered sharing and tried many portions, each one was amazing. The service was highly professional. The décor is modern and elegant. The vibe is pleasant and light. Bottom line - Mashya provides a spot-on experience from the moment you enter until you leave, and serve unique culinary experience.

It's hands down the best restaurant / bar that I visited during my short trip to Tel Aviv. Fantastic service from Ben and Itamar (please accept my apology if I got your names incorrectly), divine food, good wine selection and overall an absolutely amazing vibe throughout the night. Everything was just perfect from start to finish. I arrived around 21:30 on a Friday night without a reservation. The hostess quickly arranged for me a seat at the bar. Ben made some recommendations and I didn't even need to bother opening the menu. All his recommendations were spot on. My dining experience started with an amuse-bouche, followed by the Appetizer plate, (4 bite-size canapés), which was skillfully upsold to me with a glass of Ruinart Brut (I didn't mind at all, as it was a match made in heaven :) ), besides I had an amazing finely sliced tuna with "Leche de Tigre" sauce. After a short break I had Shrimps on sourdough bread with XO sauce and a looooooot of butter. All was washed out with a fantastic glass of white Israeli wine (not sure what I drank but it tasted as quite a good medium bodied chardonnay). When I was about to explode and thought that the evening couldn't get any better, Itamar recommended to taste their chocolate mousse. To be frank, I don't like desserts, especially chocolate ones but the guy was so convincing that I gave up and ordered it. It was so worth it! Overall it was a fantastic experience. The clientele was good (with good looking well dressed people who were truly enjoying their time), the atmosphere was amazing. The service was quick but not rushed. It looks like the staff are also enjoying working there. All dishes were delicious with a very refined presentation and the portion size was just perfect to enjoy the food. Will happily recommend this place to all kinds of diners: solo travelers like me, who are looking for a good place to chill and enjoy themselves after a long day of sightseeing and the beach, couples who celebrate special occasions, friends who want to have fun in a cool yet elegant environment... Mashya is a must visit place for everyone who understands about good food and service. It is on an expensive side but it was well worth the money and I personally don't mind paying for the experience. Should I happen to be back in Tel Aviv, Mashya will be my #1 place to visit for sure.
