This place is tiny - only a few tables but you share with other restaurant goers. Only three things on the menu. The hummus will change your life - no store bought hummus is even close. The texture is creamy perfection. When you walk up, there will likely be a line. Don't be intimidated. When it is your turn, just... More

This is the place for amazing hummus- the way is should be eaten....for breakfast! It's loud, crowded, you share tables w/ complete strangers, and you order hummus....or hummus ful, or masabcha....and you get a plate with raw onion on the side. Warm, creamy, amazing, you're in and out in 20 minutes. I can't recommend highly enough. Not a dining experience,... More

This is hands-down the best hummus I have ever had. I have to admit, when my Israeli friend took me there, I didn't feel like waiting in line as it admittedly looked super crowded with people. However, it's worth it. Wait for it. They have a couple different kinds of hummus which we got to go with fresh bread to... More

Didn't realize how seriously people take their hummus or that hummus was considered a meal not a side dish. Tried Abu Hasan twice. A crazy colleague woke up at 7:30 to secure some hummus before our day of meetings and then our local host insisted we go here and it was worth the drive to Jaffa and quick wait in... More

We try to eat here at least once every time we come to Israel. It never disappoints. Love the musabacha, toss in the spicy yellow sauce, dip those sweet onions into the hummus. Best hummus ever. I have been eating here for years and years. One change I note now? Non Israelis who have read about Ali Karavan here or... More

I've been eating at this hummus place for years every time I visit TLV. Hands down this is the best hummus ever! It's always full on the weekends and many times there is a line but well worth the wait. Like most Hummus places it is as basic as it gets but the main event, which is the hummus and... More

We've had hummus all over the Middle East and this was the winner by far. If you are in Tel Aviv this is a must try for the experience (and low price!) Expect a line up, and don't forget to try the onion slice to dip in hummus

Eat and go Hummus, fries, falafel and sweet lemonade. A must visit for all Hummus lovers while in Tel Aviv/Yaffo. So delicious and if there's no available tables they will put you with other people and fill the tables everyone wants a dish of this fine Hummus before it runs out and the shop closes down for the day.
