Known for their schnitzel (they have veal, chicken or pork) - it was what two of us ordered and both enjoyed very much! Our waiter was terrific and extremely helpful.

Following a recommendation from friends to visit to try the chicken schnitzel. The meal was good, but the restaurant did not remove a glass containing an unlit oil filled candle. Inadvertently I poured my drink into the glass and drank my drink. I did not feel that the restaurant addressed my concern that I have now swallowed lighter fuel. Make... More

The place is well known for its schnitzel but there are a nice Kabab and good pullet there. The chips for me was poor bur the kids love it. Good beer and wine. Service is excellent and the restaurant is not expensive.

Cafe noir is one of the most stable places I know. The food is always tasty, service is always a pleasent one and the place it self keeps looking modern and well handled. The famous schnitzel is always a good choice, the menu has a good variety.

We have been visiting the Cafe Noir many times in the past and liked it. Today it was a big disappointment. The lady at the entrance told us to hurry as the morning menu is about to be closed. When we wanted to order from the lunch menu we were told that the lunch menu will be available only in... More

Came with a group of 7 including 4 business visitors from abroad and was very impressed by the food, service, and ambience. Very pleasant surprise, in the heart of Tel Aviv.

Great french place in the very center of tlv. Great service, food, wine - everything is high quality and tasty. We enjoyed pappardelle with chicken liver. Best aperol spritz and sorbet in tlv.

Café Noir is a long-established bistro in the heart of Tel Aviv's city, strategically placed between the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and Rothschild Boulevard. It's considered aninstitution by Tel Avivians, and our regular customers are business and media people, artists and in fact anyone who appreciates a terrific atmosphere and good food.Cafe Noir extends over two levels, offering a choiceof intimate sitting areas and spacious seating that's equally suitable for businessmeetings or family celebration. The décor comprises dark wood furniture in classicstyle, a spacious and inviting bar, with oil paintings on the walls and art objects arranged on surrounding shelves. Soft lighting effects create the perfect dining atmosphere. On fine days we have outside seating so guests can watch the bustling life on the streets of Tel - Aviv.Café Noir is busy throughout the day and until the small hours – some enjoying a hearty breakfast, others dropping in for a business meeting, and later evening drinks at thebar. We offer a rich menu – such as our lunchtime starter of liver pate with pear confit, sirloin Carpaccio, and chilli shrimps. For main courses, it's a tough decision choosing between our renowned Café Noir schnitzels - chicken breast, pork, or milk-fed veal - and the meat dishes, lamb kebabs, hamburgers, entrecote. Fish, salads and seafood are always reliable options.
