Worst place, doesn’t respect the costumers and food is not tasty. We waited for takeaway over 40 min, they refused to even apologize.. all we ordered was a pizza for our kid.. not recomended

Third time at this restaurant, carpaccio is very tasty, pasta and gnocchi are delicious. Large portions.
Comes as no surprise the service is bad waitress was very nice but not professional at all, even when the customer next to me complained she got the same response as all the googlers that gave their honest opinion, " thank you for your feedback"...the food... not bad, not the freshest couldn't bring myself to order the main course, wine was good. Cleanliness... is an issue place isn't clean and not well kept.More
I had a nice lunch in Italkia Ba Tachana with friends during our visit in the Tachana. The restaurant is located in the heart of the Tachana and gives you a good option for a food break. Nice Italian food and good service, atmosphere. Bit...croudy at Friday afternoon, but the hostess found us the table pretty quickly. Good choice of Italian dishesh including vegetarian. Bit expensive but worth visiting. Enjoy!More
As the name suggests, located in the Old Train Station complex in Tel Aviv. Nice menu, good food, friendly service, relatively quiet main square of the complex. Somewhat expensive, and the tip was added to the bill directly on Saturday night.

My wife and I a had a lovely dinner at Italkia Ba'Tachana איטלקיה בתחנה on Friday November 1st. We would like to thank our waiter, Tony, who was very kind, professional and service-minded and we couldn't thank him personally because he finished his shift before...we completed our meal. We'll definitely come again.More

Food is OK, took 2 hours to arrive, and 2 dishes didn’t arrive after those 2 hours... still waiting. Never seen something like that.

I love the food at the Italkia. It is my 4th visit there since it is open and we enjoyed as if it was first. We came a family of four, with kids 7&4 years old. There was no table available, however the host offered...the bar. We didn't wanted to take it first, but than agreed and I am happy we did. We ordered seafood pasta, pizza with prosciutto and the special of seafood in white cream dish. All dishes were very good. we also got treated by the barman who offered free chasers. All in all, great experience.More

The place is nice as you can eat inside or in the terrasse. The food (Italian) is good, sometimes a little bit costly depending of the dish. Staff is also very profesional. We spent good time.

I actually like the food at this restaurant, but today I experienced the following: I went to lunch today, at the “Italkia b’tachana” restaurant in Tel Aviv, with an English speaking friend. When we got the Hebrew bill, I noticed the waiter had automatically added...15% tip. He did not know I read Hebrew. When I confronted him and asked him if it’s noted in the menu that this is what they do, he said no, but it’s a new law. We said that we eat in plenty of restaurants and have never come across this phenomenon. He said its a recent law. He did say that if we wanted to reduce the % we could or that he would take it off all together. When I confronted the shift manager and complained in Hebrew, she said they do that to tourists because they don’t always leave tips and if I wanted she would reimburse us. I told her that I would report them. If they are going to arbitrarily add a tip to the bill, then they should have it noted in their menu. If I hadn’t said anything, the waiter wouldn’t have even mentioned that he’d added the tip. I wonder what would have happened if I had told him to add a tip, would he have told me that they already did? Very upsetting.More

קייסי Thank God for Kasey! We had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff people at the beginning of the evening and we were super disappointed by the service and the attitude, but then came Kasey, who was in charge that evening and thanks...to her our experience turned to a very pleasant evening. The food is good and the location is great. At the evening we visited they had a private event that was very loud and noisy and that is the reason for the not perfect scoreMore

Salad was good, pizza was small and bad. With 2 beers - 180 shekels - feeling ripped off. Don’t come if you are hungry, and don’t expect really good food if you are wondering about the price. Just a medium Italian priced like a fancy...one, or maybe just a tourist trap.More
