One of my go to place when visiting Tel-Aviv/Yaffo. The building and restaurant has that old city and old world charm. I always opt for the Shakshuka in the restaurant, which is world class, and then visit the outdoor bakery for a bag of delicious...More

A fabulous array of eastern sweetmeats, halvas, burekas, and bread-based snacks. Busy all day every day, and slightly chaotic service, but worth the effort.

Abouelafia is already a part of the city's history. Enjoy traditional bourekas or just a mini pizza Middle East style.

The worst place you can find to eat shawarma in Tel-Aviv, and probably Israel. The chicken is not cooked enough, totally unseasoned. You can make a wheel out of the meat with it's elasticity. Maybe 3 mezze out of 10 are good to eat if...More
