This was the last place I ate at in Tel Aviv before flying out. I wish I had heard of this place on day 1. It's not fancy, and the place could be a little cleaner, but that actually adds to the charm. I had the lamb kebab with sweet potato sides. It was crazy good. They also have pita... More

This is a chef-restaurant in disguise. Super fresh ingredients made to perfection in each 'dish'. We had the chicken livers pita (Tarnegolet) and the lamb siniya and there were both amazing. We also finished with a banana-chocolate pita which was very nice and felt like it took me to my childhood even though I never had such a thing as... More

Came here for lunch and had the pitta with cauliflower (roasted cauliflower with tahini, tomatoes, Spring onion etc) - it was delicious, service was really fast, and there's free warm pitta and dips to snack on while you wait. They also give you free pitta with nutella and warm bananas for dessert. It's quite busy and loud but I thought... More

It's quite noisy and chaotic but's that's part of the charm. The food is inexpensive and delicious, lots of vegan options or options that can be veganized easily. We love the whole cauliflower or the pita with cauliflower/white beans/ratatouille. Just remember to say you're vegan when you're placing your order because some of the dishes will have to have cheese... More

Eyal Shani is one of Israel's top chefs. This down-to-earth eatery has become a fixture in Tel Aviv, and it is well worth the trip. Particularly notable are: - Lavan (white) - The cauliflower in a pita - Ratatouille in a pita - Umburger - Burger with fried egg in a pita - Intimy (intimate) - Beef stew in a... More

Never judge a book by it's cover was intended for Miznon. If you were just walking past you'd never enter, and boy would you be missing out on some quality Street food. A small selection of goods, all of which seem to be of the same top quality, and freshly made there in front of you. I've not given Miznon... More

Some of the best pita sandwiches ever. The chef here really seems to focus on each ingredient and must do it all in house. The kebab was crazy good and all the accompaniments that seem to be made there really make it stand out. Also had the chicken which was equally as good. Good to eat there or get it... More

We stumbled across this restaurant and we're so happy that we did! The food is amazing and the staff are loads of fun. Top notch eats and perfect for sitting out on the patio on a breezy evening. The service is a bit slow, took about 20 minutes to get two wraps, but it was worth it given the environment.

located in a busy street, gives the feeling of an authentic point in the middle of a market place. Gourmet food in a loaf of pita bread
