I came for dinner with a friend. the restaurant itself looks very good, the service is great and the food is amazing. But still, calculating value for money - as great as the food is - still not justifying such expensive prices. Probably the fact...that it is owned by a famous Israeli chef is probably the cause for the high price... Unfortunately, I will not return to this restaurantMore

Went for lunch. This is a modern restaurant in a busy commercial area. The property is well set up and the staff friendly and efficient. We had the two course business lunch and the food was very well presented and prepared. The chef managed a...very good innovative lemon sauce for the fish and the meal really was very good in all respects. We had interesting cocktails which tasted good even if they were a bit light on alcohol. This is a very good restaurant for a a business meal but I would guess it is not great for a relaxing ,romantic evening out unless the ambience changes during the evening. It is a place to go for a very good meal but it is expensive so avoid it if you are on a budget.More

Yaffo-Tel Aviv restaurant is good for business ot private gatherings. Things I like is the sofa and couches just outside for people waiting for their reservation and for smokers and the bartenders who were very helpful and accomodating. The girl in the reception should consider...cracking a smile occasionally. The menu features only 6 or so main dishes and an equal number of starters. Risoto, crab and octopus are three dishes that I would recommend. It was nice but not sure whether I would go again as it lies towards the pricy side.Weird is also the post covid procedure. You walk in with a mask, they take you to the table with the mask and then you sit down and take it off and other patrons are next to you also without their masks. It is just a show with no real health benefit.More

We had a great business lunch at the bar, starting with a surprising marrow bone on focaccia, a light and vegan antipasti first course, then a perfectly cut and cooked meat steack, highly mastered variety of sauces (to the level of a maître saucier), ending...on an exquisite revisited Crème Brulée aside hibiscus icecream and fine candy dentelle that could inspire the best parisian gastronomes. Red wine was French and fair.More

My husband and I went for lunch. We each had a cocktail of gin, aperol, and passion fruit with we both really enjoyed. We started with focaccia and tahini followed by shishbarak for me and the liver for him. As mains I took the gnocchi,...and he had beef tenderloin. I thought the gnocchi was better than the shishbarak. He enjoyed both of his dishes. We left the restaurant satisfied but not impressed. The food was tasty but not special. Overall we thought it wasn’t a great value.More

Great food, great staff, great music , great atmosphere - it comes with a quite high price tag . However - it is worthwhile 🙂

Went there to celebrate an important Anniversary as have eaten there before and it was good. Our soup was OK but a bit runny. My main course of Chicken was appalling: a generous piece of tasteless, spongy pink breast, s runny tasteless sauce coupled with...indifferent service:Awful music. We won't return. At that price-Messa and Pronto have never failed us.More

This is considered one of the top restaurants in Tel Aviv and it shows in the decor and level of service. The food was very good although their signature shishbarak dish was disappointing- too much sauce and too sour but the desserts made up for...it... so, all in all, very good meal but expect to pay for the pleasure.More
