I don’t understand why they are not mentioning in their menu that their pitas includes coriander/cozbra! Lots of people hate coriander its in our genes simply mention it in the menu so we can order our pitas to be without it!! I told the employee...about this and she gave me a silly excuse that i could’ve asked my pita without coriander but if this is my first visit how should i know that it included coriander!!! Otherwise even without coriander its an average pita ! Didn’t understand all the hype.More

Don't believe the hype and don't buy the gimmick the Panda Pita is trying to sell you. In an alley in HaCarmel market, you can find the Panda Pita. If you have trouble finding it, just ask around and anyone will point you the right...direction. you can just as well, follow the up beat 80s-90s soundtrack, which is by far, the best thing in the Panda Pita. At the end of a 25 minute long line, waits a nice and welcoming staff which are eager to service their clients and overcharge their food. They serve soft and fluffy pitas (just like steamed Bao buns), stuffed with one of three available options; Ceviche, eggplant (the so called Sabich) and ground meat (AKA sloppy Pita). The pitas were stuffed to the brim with salad and only little ground beef. Being soft and stuffed, the pita couldn't handle the load and in a couple of bites, fell apart. Given the ratio of meat/salad you'd much rather call it a Salad Pita and not a Sloppy Pita. To sum up the entire experience of the Panda Pita i'd say that had I wanted to wait too long for an overpriced salad, I'd go elsewhere.More

a perfect example of modern Israelis fusion cooking. their Sabich is amazing and costs 29 shekels. the steamed pita and colourful dish is worth the wait around noon.

Panda is pure happiness. A jolly team led by Panda himself serves warm, fluffy, amazing pitas with original, interesting and extremely tasty fillings. There's nothing more to say than EAT HERE, no matter how tight your schedule is.

We had a pita while visiting the market. The aubergine are really tasty. You should try! Nice people, we can see that they have fun while working. Really few seats available, you should be ready to eat while standing.
