About
In Shuk HaCarmel Market, we are a chef street food stand who gives you another reason to look forward to street food. Our take on food relies on a mixture of Asian-Middle Eastern-South American cookware — We use bamboo steamers to cook the Pita & Eggplant to a juicy pulp, and to keep the pita moist and fresh, all of our ingredients are fresh directly from our next door neighbors in the Market - The result is a sublime fusion of flavors (and cultures). You can find our ‘Eggplant Cloud’ for a vegan dish that WILL melt in your mouth. If your diet calls for more protein, try the second & third dishes that we offer on our three-item menu: the equally juicy ‘Ceviche from Tunisia’ and ‘Sloppy Pita’.

Panda is pure happiness. A jolly team led by Panda himself serves warm, fluffy, amazing pitas with original, interesting and extremely tasty fillings. There's nothing more to say than EAT HERE, no matter how tight your schedule is.

We had a pita while visiting the market. The aubergine are really tasty. You should try! Nice people, we can see that they have fun while working. Really few seats available, you should be ready to eat while standing.
